I am not sure about Canadian outlets or what the difference is for access to supplements there. I order a lot of things from Life Extension. lef.org I think.

Peas are a natural source of folate and asparagus and leafy green veggies. Orange juice pulp.

Tuna is a good source of methyl B12.

Fullscript serves Canada too but My axis is through the US. I am not sure if that would matter if you register with them under me or if you need to find a Canadian practitioner for access.

Definitely interested in any more information you have on Retinoid Toxicity. I was researching today. Been trying to track down the source of a persistent skin rash. Could be dermatitis herpetiformis. I eat a lot of spinach and fish so this could it. It's been months of elimination diet and thinking I figured out what it is. I stopped wearing contacts because I read about people having a similar reaction to the antibacterial in the contact brand solution.

See this questionairre https://denutrients.substack.com/p/retinoid-toxicity-symptom-questionnaire

and symptom list https://denutrients.substack.com/p/symptoms-of-retinoid-toxicity

and this may help get you started on considering it. Solution is to seriously stop almost all rich vitamin A and carotenoid foods if it is the problem. You will start feeling better fairly soon. Meats, dairy, not just carrots. Liver, peaches, tomatoes - it cuts out a lot of standard foods but helps immensely if it is the problem. https://denutrients.substack.com/p/retinoic-acid-and-toxicity-dosing

Thank you for the suggestions. I filled out that questionairre. More questions than the doctor asked when I went in and got prescribed, antibiotics, anti-fungal, and corticol steroid. I was eating spinach, a few eggs, and smoked salmon in one sitting. I'm a pescatarian so I eat a lot of fish and I avoid farm raised most of the time. I cut gluten and dairy a couple months ago and it didn't seem to have much effect.
