Protect the liver by making sure it gets its requisite selenium.

Selenium is mentioned in the Health Aids for Special Times graphic. 200 mg is a typical supplement dose of selenium

Searches for panaceas, lead to abuses viz too much of a good thing or only that thing. Like everything in life, keeping an open mind and moderation is the key. Sometimes less is more.

I resemble that remark - going overboard on the good thing, or sticking with it too long instead of doing a short term treatment. Yes, less can be more NN.

One drop of essential oil has enough molecules of aromatic chemicals to provide each of our cells with plenty. I would have to reread for the numbers that were used.

I read one researcher who said that ivm worked quite well on the first Sars variants but isn't so useful anymore.
