It is falling out at the hair follicle or breaking. I am seriously balder than I was a week and a half ago, but diffuse so it isn’t that obvious yet.
Seems autoimmune like - early male pattern balding is in my genetics. Quitting smoking would probably help. It is stress and lack of methyl B related too I think. I am not sure though. Excess salicylate? Excess sulfate baths was an immediately preceding change so I do think it had to do with my sudden increase in Epsom salt soaks.
My scalp kind of hurts and is itchy. Eczema is involved, that is a for-life of mine but gets worse with stress and too much smoking or lack of Bs.
This may sound stupid, but how do you eat citrus peel?
Before asking why they aren’t testing to differentiate jabbed from unjabbed blood, ask why they NEVER tested blood donors for “covid”? And why blood recipients didn’t come down with covid?
I disagree that a bioweapon hasn't been created and mass distributed.
Citrus peel - just eat it. The white pith is mild and I would eat it with the orange slices by using a knife to cut off just the orange zest layer. The orange zest is more potent, 1/2 to one teaspoon is plenty, add fresh minced to s salad or at the end of cooking an entree. In Middle Eastern cooking dried powdered lime or lemon is sprinkled on at the table so diners can get how much they want. It helps digestion but too much can be unsettling and people with histamine issues likely need to avoid it.
The guy is inflammatory, sensationalized truth. But, Yes, totally avoid cyanocobalamin and folic acid in my opinion. His info about how chemicals are synthesized is limited in scope. He doesn't really know enough. BUT the cullers do seem to not care about effectiveness or safety. Caution really is needed. Whole food is better. But genetic needs for higher doses can be real too. I find B6 helpful for me in the standard or P5P forms.
AVOID cyanocobalamin though and folic acid. -- the D3, I answered elsewhere and will try to post if I can find it.
Thank you for answering—glad I remembered to check back. Substack infrequently notifies me of rejoinders to my posts. >__<
Agreed: he’s inflammatory...will probably feel a need to unsubscribe to him before long....that angst does not foment clear thinking. Rite now am lernin’ fast from him:/
I am thankful for his insights on the multiple ways vitamins can poison us. Is that why they are called ‘Multiple Viramiins’?
How’s your hair doing? Sometimes mind has fallen out when I am not conscious of how upset I truly feel. Also, my back goes out if I am feeling unsupported. It is like my body telling my brain that I missed something vital.
I especially hate loosing hair since recovery takes longer than a good night’s sleep.
Favor: best book for healing with herbs/plants? My granddaughter just graduated and wants to be a nurse:)
Books that were highly recommended to me to buy and I did, are two by Stephen Harrod Buhner - Herbal Antivirals - Natural Remedies for Emerging and Resistant Viral Infections, is more comprehensive with basics about herbal preparations and longer discussion about therapeutic goals, plus encyclopedia style reference of herbs and what they can do in general, more than viral focus. The book Herbal Antibiotic - Natural Alternatives for Treating Drug-Resistant Bacteria is shorter - the encyclopedia of herbs part and less of the background or health topics. It does open with the history of antibiotics and resulting antibiotic resistance, and therefore a need for a book of herbal antibacterials.
JD - "losing half of my ponytail in one week has made me wonder about my health." How did you lose it? Drill, scissors or falling out?

JD - "Excess sulfate" Temporal proximity is important in finding a culprit, take an inventory of anything else that changed in the last 30 -60 days.

Symptoms are real.
Parasites are real.
Covid is not.
Spike protein, if real, is nothing new
