I promised a buckthorn post, so here it is. A hat-tip to my structured water beverages too - they do seem to help my health and maybe my energy level too. I worked really hard cutting buckthorn.
Jennifer I am so impressed with your battle with the invasive things in your Woods. it's very gratifying to have your Woods cleaned up so the nice trees can grow. at my house the vines try to kill the trees, I'm trying to keep the woods cleaned up mostly because of that, but also the multiflora rose is a huge pain. your problem sounds a lot tougher. I hope your trees are expressing their gratitude for your care.
I think they are. The baby sassafras are multiplying. They get nibbled on. I may put up a deer fence around some of them.
I have been letting a wild rose go, but it is probably a mistake to let more of that get big. I stopped mowing and have been hand weeding the invasives.
what about distilled? I use a distiller and add in minerals after. I'm pretty sure the distilling unstructures the water, so then it needs to be Blended again or something...
Yes, or sat in the sunshine in a glass bottle for a couple days, or one day with a little diatomaceous earth added to it. maybe, roughly. Making it into suntea also structures it. The blending it is with a little MCT oil or ghee per Dave Asprey. I would think that the vortex of a blender would be structuring it too but I don't know how long. I do 30 seconds with the MCT oil in warm/hot coffee.

I have snakes in my backyard 🤣
Snake's lives matter too. :-)

No rats to worry about maybe!
Related to Sea Buckthorn (miracle berry in itself)?

Glossy buckthorn is used medicinally for constipation but the bark has to dried off a year first to age. Of it causes vomiting instead of being a gentle laxative. https://pfaf.org/user/Plant.aspx?LatinName=Frangula+alnus#:~:text=It%20is%20taken%20internally%20as,gall%20bladder%20complaints%5B238%5D.
FYI-
Tap water may be contaminated with excess estrogens, etc. suggest boiling it and running it through a purifier, like Brita or better…
Brita doesn't do much for toxin removal so reverse osmosis or alkaline ionized is the way.

I did just get a whole house charcoal filter.
