Seeing how the next card will perhaps be another illness.... can you enlighten me as to how to increase the IL's specifically? I ran across an article that mentioned IL-10 would be good for more covid sickness but what do you think will work on the avian thing they're frying up?

Regarding IL10 - Nrf2 promoters is what helps, so the pom peel and skullcap/baicalin would do that.
