Awesome thanks, we need this.

I would also hilight baicalin too as it suppresses several MAPK signalling pathways as cytokines, especially il4, are responsible for the class switching.

Interleukin-4 contributes to the shift of balance of IgG subclasses toward IgG4 in IgG4-related disease

Very welcome!

Baicalin is mentioned in my protocol too - I went encyclopedia style with it for details and condensed groups of supplements by therapeutic goal in the Tables.

Pom peel also affects MAPK.

Hesperidin from citrus peel is also very potent. I just bought a mixed supplement from Life Extension called AMPK booster or something like that.

JD - This is why countries with the highest vaccination rates are experiencing the highest numbers of “breakthrough infections,” as well as reinfection with other variants. This is the preview and the real shit show hasn't even started. You better grab this PDF - the original Irrgang paper was posted long ago July 10, 2022 and there are sections which have been removed. https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2022.07.05.22277189v1.full

" Thus, the occurrence of IgG4 after repeated SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccination appears to be a Th2-independent process." https://www.dropbox.com/s/9op0u7mv6z9bj6u/2022.07.05.22277189v1.full.pdf?dl=0 The paper in my Dropbox.

So, treatments focused on promoting better Th1/Th2 balance might help. I have a section on that in my protocol somewhere.

Here's one way: 'Microbiota-derived short-chain fatty acids promote Th1 cell IL-10 production to maintain intestinal homeostasis', https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-018-05901-2 My good friend tapioca pudding, hello again.

Have you heard of any unvaccinated that are around vaccinated that experience an autoimmune response that shows on the skin as dermatitis? Never had it before. Caring for some family members that decided not to take my advice of avoiding the thing.
