I for one, love learning about the reasons for my symptoms; so I really appreciate all that a dietician with personal experience shares with us.

One of the benefits of menopause - for many, migraines either decrease in severity or go away altogether.

Mine still seem to occur if I use histamine foods or mold exposure or I don’t use Dimethylglycine often enough. I need it and methionine for a gene allele.

*I added a mention of migraines to my graphic caption.

Am really enjoying your blog here. This is all very near and dear to my heart and so important for people to understand food is everyone's primary "medicine" in life. Allopathic medicine has tried to bury this reality. I don't trust any of those people now. It's become a death cult. I have had occasional bouts of mild IBS over the years and have always managed it by shifting my diet around a little during those periods. Its a matter of being in tune with your needs and correctly responding.

I don't currently have diarrhea. The extreme gassiness seems to follow the spices - so less bad then before but not good. Avoidance works. I just like hot pepper and ginger.
