I have been rinsing my mouth at least once a week with diatomaceous earth before bed.

It's razor blades to plaque and bacterial.

P.s. don't brush with it.

This study has been peer reviewed by my girlfriend ( no halitosis) and my friends " my, your teeth are so racist!( white) 😆

Cool! Diatomaceous earth is in my structured water that I make in glass jug in the sun for a few days or in front of my infrared space heater. It seems to work and is nicer on my mouth and gums than tap water.

Sunwater? Yes, I've been meaning to get into structured water, but am struggling just trying to filter our rainwater!

We are currently using a porcelain filter as we are a bit sus on manufactured filters because we have a mental illness called " Trying to Avoid Early Onset Death", or TAD for short.

Much of modern life is suspect. Kudos for being cautious. My structuring methods are post filtering. Either blend hot liquids with a coffee milk frother or blender (with a teasoon of MCT oil or ghee) for about 20-30 seconds. Hand whisking is inadequate - too much work. My old blender conked out on me and I have been trying other methods. With cold water, I put it in glass gallon jugs with a 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of diatomaceous earth and leave it in the sunshine or in front of an infrared space heater for a couple days. Suntea with polyphenol rich herbs or tea leaves structures even faster - 8 hours or so. Use a glass jar, that is crititcal. Not plastic.

Do you play Mozart to it or sing to the water?

I wonder if a drop of frog blood would help?.. Adrenachrome frog blood of course!👌🙈

I sing occasionally in the same room - maybe the added vibration would count even if I was not directing it at the water. But good question. I should stick some positive words on the glass jars.

no on the frog blood thanks. Canned coconut milk with the added guar gum seems to work just stirring vigorously.

Be careful with words on the jars, who knows what their real meanings are! The "spell" ing is important 😱

I brush with MCT oil as a carrier for peppermint, thieves, and clove oil, FWIW.

Sounds good! I rinse with tea tree and/or clove. I have to avoid peppermint and citrus ingredients.
