The site has downloadable guides about Mast Cell disease and being a patient. It is complex and not many physicians are knowledgeable. The patient guide (pdf) looks helpful though medication oriented and the food guidance refers you to the standard My Plate government website. It does have some of the most common histamine foods to avoid though.

Makhana, Lotus seeds or Fox nuts, are used cooked or popped into a puffed cereal breakfast food or snack. They are a little chewier and less crunchy than popcorn or popped sorghum though. See healthline for some of the benefits of makhana seeds.

The many, many flowers I added to the shrubs, in a woods, represent rhododendrons in bloom. The pink oversized flowers can light up a forest. Look for the quail nest on the ground. Rhododendrons tend to bloom in the spring, March-May, but some species bloom mid or late season. Pinks and purples are common but red, oranges and yellow flowers are also possible.
