The middle-class has been incrementally being wiped out for a couple of decades. We have new categories of what I call, "upper poor", "middle-class pov", and "destitute".

This coincides with, "filthy rich", "insanely wealthy", and "meglomaniacal monied".😉

Same 💩, different numbers.

oops, this is what I meant to put here:

I can't stop thinking about this. I'm not sure how it relates to the concept of middle class... but it does talk about loss of empathy. anyway I need to go outside and clear my head. I hope someone finds this interesting!

I'm listening to it now, but the title alone - 'neuroinflammation' - loss of autobiographical memory by the hippocampus ... that is Alzheimer's. That is what I have been writing about all along with my pomegranate paper graphic/Abstract showing how hyperinflammation is a positive feedback loop that keeps escalating unless you block it with stuff like niacin, butyrate, pomegranate peel and other Nrf2 promoters.

Spike is definitely a brain and body toxin.

Spike messes us up in SOOOOO MANY ways - we need to be really proactive in preventing the positive feedback hyperinflammation loop from gaining hold. That is what I was doing to myself after my dad's memorial service. I was binge eating for a month or two and it led to the swelling legs, etc, getting worse again. I have lost some of the gained pudge with all my leg lifts now. Five to ten pounds does make a lot more difference when you aren't 100 pounds overweight to begin with. *I was heavy much of my adult life, my family tend to be overweight people.

The adrenochrome info may also be related to odd changes in people - maybe more people aren't processing it well too - increasing apathy and making careless mistakes.

Very interesting! This may sounds strange but I've often considered middle class, (partially) as a state of mind. Almost like an elusion of holding onto one's roots. With that said, I respect and consider myself a part of the working class. I guess I'm into between the two...

First there was learned helplessness, now planned hopelessness. Wow!

Sadly I think there is planning/purpose to some of the calamity that has occurred lately.

Thanks for putting it in a nutshell for your special ed student here 🫣😂

" how hyperinflammation is a positive feedback loop that keeps escalating unless you block it with stuff like niacin, butyrate, pomegranate peel and other Nrf2 promoters"

positive feedback loop. positive feedback loop. I get it.

Adrenachrome stuff was a bit timely for me, chemical basis of schizophrenia was a topic of weekend conversation ...

Jennifer I am not really suggesting this, because suggestions can be so annoying in so many ways. But from the bits you post here, your life story is dramatic and fascinating. I was thinking "the autobiography of a sometime schizophrenic" or whatever could be a real page turner, and could have your real work of research and analysis folded in, like all those novels with recipes included that were popular for a while 🤪 You would fit right in with the Skyhorse publishing stable of excellent writers. Okay that was my little fantasy, back to real life now. Keep up the good work supporting your very peculiar physical body 🤓

Thank you very much Phar. I have kind of worked on my story as autobiographical - I had a lot left to learn though. Working title was "Dietitian Heal Thyself" - maybe. Circa 2010. A lot happened since then.

JD - "Animal populations that become overcrowded consistently show changes in rate of animals with gender confusion in their behavior - feminized males and aggressive females who want to mount others like a male would. "

Look to Calhoun's 1968 experiment for eye opening results viz what happens when you create a utopia?

Yes, thanks NN, that was the research I remembered but didn't remember the name of - though, incidentally ... I loved this book, "(Incidentally, after Universe 25’s collapse, Calhoun began building new utopias to encourage creative behavior by keeping mice physically and mentally nourished. This research, in turn, inspired a children’s book named after Calhoun’s workplace—Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH, wherein a group of rats escape from a colony designed to stimulate their intelligence.)" It later become cartoons/movies.

'The beautiful ones' - does sound familiar. The take home point seems to be that competition got too fierce. Too many young survived, threw off balance in male structure around dominance and mating and then everything fell apart. Monogamous pair bonding is healthier for society and children it seems.

I'll add the link to the post, cool.
