Have you heard of Allergy Release Technique that was started by Amy Thieringer? I read about it in a book - The Other Side of Impossible by Susannah Meadows. Very interesting.

I am hypo thyroid and have not hair anywhere. i plan on having eyebrows tatooed on by a professional who is not one of the backwoods, teen operators, but works with patients. I believe eyebrows define my face. Sometimes I wear wigs, sometimes hats, sometimes I go as a chrome dome.

I’m sure I heard that tattoo ink contains heavy metals or something bad like that. So something to look into.

JD - Good to see your getting some test results which may lead to a resolution. Re: thyroid autoimmune - I will defer back to this January exchange: https://denutrients.substack.com/p/periodontalgum-disease-linked-to/comment/48099816

Thanks NN and good morning. I do have a bile symptom, I noticed/read about something.

I made a doctor appointment for next week. I will ask about bile labs. I am feeling a bit better off of nuts for a couple of days so I am hoping that was an inflammatory issue -- reduce inflammation and then other things improve.

Gallbladder wise... I am drinking coffee again and seem to be tolerating it so far. I make it in an open pot on the stove with a little pom peel and skullcap tea/leaves. Coffee is supposed to help with gallbladder flow I think. I was just so tired, though, that is why I tried some. I am also using a little nicotine lozenges again and seem to be tolerating the mintiness okay without puffing right up with leg edema. I still puff up with some things though - going too low in salt seems to be causal for that too though - it is confusing.

Not too much, but you can't just cut it out totally... Neanderthals allegedly died out in part because their digestive system was so bad....alien channeled info....for whatever that's worth. I do have slightly more Neanderthal genes than some people. I also had some Desonovian, Inuit, and indigenous American and South American and Russian - so I think some of my ancestors crossed the land bridge long ago, but most were European/French/German/English.

🙏♥️ T, b, nk doesn't tell the whole story of a functional immune system. Not only are there subsets of immune cells produced in the thymus medulla (which those without a thymus will never have) there are thymic hormones which may change how effective those cells are, their balance and function. To make it worse, science is so ignorant/infantile in their hubris they are still learning about new immune cells and their functions as they cut infants thymus organs out.

I need to write an article on this

Cool, thanks. I have been using lavender, frankincense and cypress oils for varied reasons. Cypress is good for pain and migraines. The lavender and frankincense helps my sore skin and scalp.

Real Doctors who provided Real Treatment for covid as well as Real Researchers looking to help the covid sick noted that higher vitamin D blood levels were protective against covid. Vitamin D3 to ramp up the immune system. The 50 to 90 ng/mL was recommended by those I found most trustworthy and charts correlating strength of doses over time in relation to body-weight (and starting blood levels if known) to reach those levels were noised abroad.

Dr Syed Haider noticed that among those so ramping up their immune systems with D3 ( and most probable other added immune system stimulants) some developed autoimmune symptoms.

Perhaps NOTHING but plain basic ordinary food and water and NO SUPPLEMENTS would leave the immune system in peace and allow it to return to normal over time.

Genetically I lean towards low vitamin D metabolism but I don't take mega doses of D3 either. 1000 or 2000 IU might be among my daily supplements.

Hi Jennifer. I may have missed it. Are you supplementing with a good iodine supplement like iodoral iodine of at least 12.5 mg doses? Also magnesium and vitamin c. Vitamin C helps get the magnesium into the cells where it's needed. Sorry I know your metabolic knowledge towers over mine. Just had to ask.

Thanks for you input. I struggle with the complexity of all of this too.

I have added back the Iodoral. I had went hyperthyroid years ago and stayed on a low iodine diet too long I think.

I haven't done the loading dose month though and have been thinking I should try that again. I did it ~ 2005/6 and cleared away fibrocystic breast pain too.

Vit C I use lower dose a couple times a day as it can add to Uric acid problems. Magnesium topically is a goal that the hair loss made confusing - I wasn't sure if my Epsom salt soaks had added to the problem initially. Now I think it was the autoimmune factors.

Check out this resource, if you like. Wifey is trying it out. Anecdotal improvement noted by me.
