Oh man you just gave me another reason to make panne cotta! Coconut cream, 2 egg yolks, a touch of maple syrup, salt, vanilla and lemon zest.

I love using diatomaceous earth for structuring my water: https://romanshapoval.substack.com/p/water-insulates-emf

I like the rock water charger too.

How much diatomaceous earth for a liter of water - or what ratio?

I'm finding this kind of protocol on many sites, although haven't found any peer-reviewed studies with dosage yet. Many are in Russian:

1 teaspoon of DE with a tall glass of water every morning, as it’s most effective on an empty stomach. Then, drink another glass of water and increase your water intake throughout the day to stay hydrated. After the first two weeks, start increasing your dosage slowly, working your way up to 2 teaspoons per day: one in the morning and one at night.

Good question Jennifer. I started out using a half teaspoon per liter, but now am up to a heaping tablespoon per gallon. It's important to start slow, as you can detox too quickly from what I've read. It's also crucial to get food grade, and be careful not to inhale. What intrigued me about it was how silica (present in DE) can help us detox aluminum.

Thanks Jennifer. I remember Earl Nightinggale - I had a program of his: "Diamonds In Your Own Backyard" - great stuff. Peace.
