I take no meds or supps and eat average. I have a "desk" job and somewhat sedentary as of late. I have no idea if I've ever had covid. I haven't had cold or flu for eight years and counting. I do know that when I used to go to the doc, long long time ago, I was always told I had high T cells counts. So much so that I might have an infection, but they never found any and I wasn't feeling sick. Perhaps my high T cell count is just having a healthy immune system compared to the average person? Perhaps high is actually what it is supposed to be considered healthy and the relativity in the scale has just generally slipped in today's society? I don't know, but I'm not going to break something that is working for me, especially by taking experimental drugs for which risks are looking worse and worse with every passing day and the effectiveness of something I am not concerned about for myself in the first place is proving to be negative.

I often overlook one difference between my household and others though that perhaps does not make us average. We rarely have pop or alcohol in the house. If it ends up here, it's usually because someone else brought it. When we go out to eat, we have water with lemon so we can concentrate of the flavors of the food. I have always explained the risks of smoking of any kind and vaping to my family. It's just a no no no on so many different levels.
You sound reasonable, sane. I take VIT d because so many banned Drs mentioned it... Zinc, vit c less so. I eat very healthy and very unhealthy. Chips, donuts.
Long walks with dogs. When he won't budge🤔 I listen!
Yeah, I'm not suggesting people do as I do. I suppose I'm just seeing what the effect of doing as I do will result in. I'm curious. I would venture a guess that the vast majority of people in the world do not take meds or supps.
I do too. I add a smidge of baking powder, cardamom, Stevia sweetener, a little extra water to my mom's, 2 oz morning and afternoon with a little CBD drops. She has Alzheimer's and it helps a lot. I found both are needed, other juice won't do the same benefits for her scared/anxiety. The CBD drops help with sound sensitivity, delayed effect. Take a few days and its better. Forget a few days and it is back.

Good for you!

Good call on all of those points. Happy day to you Lee.

Cougars, bobcats, wild hogs, coyotes
Vitamin C can be a 100 mg chewable a day. That is what I use as a baseline. I add a few more during the day if sick.

I just added your post and one by Karen Kingston to this post. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you I appreciate that! Btw, I've already bumped up my purchase of pomegranate food/drink thanks to your posts :-) Why not, I like the taste.

Nice!
I tried and failed Jennifer. Will try 2nd time later to get what I can
It took me a few reads to get what I got out of it. I think he also said that the unjabbed should do okay, they still have natural immunity.
I stop getting flu shots 5 yrs ago. I stopped getting flu! And besides headaches and sniffles healthy as a wild TX hog.

My partner never took them, as I did religiously….
We were just too busy to go, as I stopped getting sick! 😮😊
Stay healthy... These bastards are at war with us.
I think they've exposed themselves too much.
Thanks, and yes, I agree, covert war on the public at large.
John; spiritual warfare too?
This fear stuff really hacks at those who have little to no faith…
