Organic oranges are always on my shopping list if I feel like I'm getting a cold - I just eat the peels. That is the level of preparation that works best for me 🤪 Now I can add pomegranate, because chopping up the inner peel and adding it to the salad along with the yummy pomegranate seeds also works with my minimal preparation cuisine. Dried outer peels may also work, that is in process. No need to wait for cold symptoms to start!
I was pretty alarmed that substack is extracting quotes from your articles!? Is that even an option or do they just do that... No way to opt out?
