Love the colors!

I have a helpful hint about the dopamine - I'm researching sporadically the different effects of different stimulants.

Coffee is awesome but it seems to turn off the ability to sleep for too long, making sleep difficult at night.

Tea and chocolate are nice but not strong enough.

For ADHD Ritalin can be magical. But dealing with the prescription difficulties led me to an OTC alternative! Ephedrine, sold as Bronkaid,works pretty well for me, and doesn't seem to disrupt sleep as much as caffeine.

I'm not sure what you'll find if you look up the science on those, but I would be interested. for me, starting the day with coffee and the Acetyl L-carnitine, followed up by some nice tea with ginger, and then sometime after breakfast a Bronkaid, keeps me semi-functional until the evening. And then at night I'm completely tired and go right to sleep.

That's just me, but I think it's nice that Bronc-aid is available to all of us wannabe Rodeo ponies.

Sounds nice. My sleep has been all-nighter like as I've been working on a project I am excited about.
