You can just eat butter. Easy and fast.

It isn't the same at all actually.

Eating butter might provide butyrate but we need our colon to be anaerobic, we need the gut microbes to be doing their thing and removing starches that are burnt with oxygen so the colon is shifted into an anaerobic condition.

The best way to eliminate those starches is simply not to eat them. I have been carnivore for almost two years now, and I eat lots of butter from grass fed cows.

Well that is not an omnivore diet balance and the colon microbiome needs starches. Quite a bit. We shouldn't eliminate them from our diet on average.

You do you though. Carnivore diet is a different beast.

The term balanced diet is utterly unscientific. Too bad your field of study is actually a religion masquerading as science. Biochemistry shows us what fuel our mitochondria do best on. Feeding anything else is detrimental to human health. You would do well to read 'Why Vegans Have Smaller Brains" Are you even aware that human brains and stature were larger before the age of agriculture? That all plants contain anti nutrients and carcinogens? That humans never require a single carbohydrate, nor any fiber (which is just a type of carbohydrate)? That removing those things you believe makes a diet balanced actually reverses chronic diseases like Alzheimer's, diabetes, arthritis and autoimmune disease? I'm all for the right of people to eat garbage if they choose, but how can they make wise choices when they are indoctrinated to believe they require the very things that are damaging their health?

Aren't you sweet, like Little Debbie oatmeal cookies ...made out of meat puree though.

Much of published 'science' is masquerading as science.

I have to eat a bizarre limited diet because I developed an autoimmune reaction to albumin. Albumin is in plasma and therefore in most animal protein foods, but nature loves a good joke, a good protein. Nuts, beans, and all seeds also have a similar plant version of albumin.

Individualized nutrition guidance is about the individual's needs and sensitivities. It is not about the nutritionists or whether Carnivore diet or standard diet is better for an average person of average health.

Please come to my house and make me some dairy-free tapioca. Or can I just get it by mail order? Honestly I am not actually lazy, just temporarily too busy painting iodine on horses' feet. But making some pudding might be a better option than sleep....

It doesn't freeze well and has a short shelf life, 6 days-ish. I need to open a pudding franchise across the nation...

It is a lot of work, or I've been lazy. I haven't made it in a while and thought I should make a batch
