and the Secret Knowledge of Goldfish Fanciers - what do they know? and are they "inexplicably growing in power"?

Rima Lebow has a Substack about Trump’s record while in office, and the list is not pretty. Whitney Webb also encourages us to really look at what Trump did and what Peter Thiel and Palantir are doing. Surveillance and putting activist on the left and the right are what Palantir’s profiling computer data analysis system does for the government. January 6th activists would be on the list of 3 million people, (number now probably quite higher). Trump has been part of this and funded by Thiel and/or Palantir also.
Rima Lebow doesn’t have any other candidate to suggest as it is a systemic problem, both sides and probably the main voices in alternate parties or independents. Being aware and thinking for yourself is the main thing to keep in mind. Focus on local politics and put your time and money there as those are the people who really have your back, or don’t.
This also suggests to me that donating to the big competitions is silly because they are getting major donations. Elon Musk has publicly pledged to donate 45 million dollars per month between now and the election to Trump’s campaign.

Kayfabe - grandstanding - political posturing
Political posturing would be a more polite phrase for the unspoken interaction of politicians or grandstanding is another phrase. Putting on a show of support now, only to flip to another position later when speaking to a different crowd is another form of posturing - assuming a false front to reach a segment of voters.
Exaggerated accusations and bickering between party sides is also posturing - make a scapegoat out of a person or a position and blow it up out of proportion compared to the real importance.
The next card to be played — Avian Flu ‘pandemic’ and more jabs?
Another reply asked for health tips for avian flu, as it seems to be the next ‘card’ that will be played. I shared a few older posts with tips for mycoplasma or H1N5 flu but the short answer is still preventive CoV Basic Stack/Extended stack - keep up with that, because passive exposure is a real risk and VAIDS is a risk for sick people becoming a breeding ground for some new mutation. So, keep up your self-care routine and relaxation and move fear and worry out of your life as much as possible.

Two studies I’ve seen or heard about which showed that the people who got CoV symptoms worse or LongCovid maybe, were the people whose autonomic system was more chronically stimulated all of the time anyway - that tends to include survivors of early childhood trauma - but anyone who watches CNN is likely in that group too.
When you are already chronically a little inflamed, it is too easy to tip into hyperinflammation- the positive feedback loop of my pomegranate paper graphic (see this post). Autonomic dysfunction worsens in more severe Covid-19 (Del Rio, et al., 2020) or LongCovid. (Dani, et al,, 2021)
*But those aren’t the references that I was looking for. I have posted those in the recent past - so I have reread my own work.
I found one - it was within a course I bought, I shared part of the transcript in this post about Shame vs Guilt and how the difference can make us sicker or guide us towards healthier behavior. Shame can be from early childhood devaluing and may be false messaging that needs to be seen as false - “I am bad, because my caregiver told me repeatedly that I am a bad child”. Guilt is about feeling bad about something you really did - “I am guilty of doing a bad behavior, and I may feel ashamed for messing up but it is the behavior that was wrong, and is there anything I can do to atone for my bad behavior?”
People who live with chronic negative feelings are more likely to become sick - keep your mental thoughts more positive because negative moods are more inflammatory and therefore can be physically sickening.
As autonomic symptoms worsen, POTS may become a problem - dizziness and even fainting after standing up quickly. A racing heart rate also occurs - tachycardia, which can seem frightening. (Dani, et al,, 2021) Note that POTS is an epigenetic change and therefore can be reversible if the underlying inflammation and methylation cycle dysfunction can be normalized, but your physician may not know that or tell you.

My recent alopecia/hair loss seems to have been related to alkaline Epsom salt baths, but also autoimmune challenges to my system while I was also stressed and not taking my routine supplements and amino acid powder drink containing glycine (DMG). Hair follicles need rapid growth folate and good methylation cycle function and adequate glycine and enough protein. Adding those things back helped stop the painful part of the scalp condition and slowed the hair loss, but I lost a lot. It is growing back in some areas and feels like I have razor stubble among the remaining long hair. Good times ;-)
We live and learn, or we live and keep repeating the same mistakes. Early treatment, the first week of an infection, has been shown to help against CoV and when you have a preventive self-care routine in place, then you are giving yourself ‘early treatment’ too. I try to have pomegranate peel, dandelion and Skullcap tea regularly or Wormwood tea - all are potent against inflammation or varied types of infections. Zinc is really important too for us to have healthy butyrate producing species in our gut microbiome which is also part of our defense system. The take home point about mental attitude is to “always look on the bright side of life” — even if you need a microscope to find something positive around you, because it is healthier for your autonomic system.

I also have been drinking Wormwood tea regularly and I use sone pomegranate peel in food and sone tea - but nor necessarily all of these in large amounts each day, rotating a few daily - yes.
Glycine has been very important for me, magnesium, methyl B complex except I take higher doses even then a complex would have. I am at risk though in part due to genetic need. B6 and zinc in particular, but also choline, methyl B12 and folate, B2 and B3 and B5 and biotin all help me and I also take PABA on my Cheerful juice mix.
Adequate protein and omega 3 fatty acids are important and also a little GLA - black currant seed oil is a source.

What is the secret that Goldfish Fanciers know?
One reply suggested the secret knowledge of goldfish fanciers is in enjoying nature instead of screen time: laptop, cellphone, video games. That is inflammatory from blue light and EMF and it is over stimulating in a chaotic energy way. It adds to hyperinflammation risk.
Nature helps calm us and synchronize our energy fields.
Another suggested secret knowledge of Goldfish Fanciers is about Terrain theory - keep your internal fishbowl full of healthy water instead of germ promoting toxic fluid.

Apparently, I am a Goldfish Fancier and didn't realize it. Desiring a cleaner terrain for my insides and my outside environment may be the secret knowledge.

The ‘No Virus’, ‘Virology is fake’, genetics is fake, the immune system is even fake! is the radicalized militant branch of the Goldfish Fanciers and they have grown in number and in volume but have gone overboard on the ‘everything is fake’ message. Science is being faked and abused, but that doesn’t make human synthesized creations safe - genetics is being used against us. It is not fake, it just hasn’t turned out to be quite as simple as humans expected.
Predictive programming is setting up images and labels and the more people who use those phrases the more it spreads and becomes embedded in popular culture.
Once you repeat something often enough, it may seem true and that sets up it happening and becoming accepted as normal, and then it is true.

- no more injections of any type as self-assembling tech has been found in more than CoV and in the PCR nose swabs, and sticky patch medicated items. Going simpler is a good idea. Avian flu jabs may be the next card, bit avian flu has never been a risk to humans. It seems to be being used to reduce the food supply.
Stock up on non-perishable essentials and consider growing or raising some food if you can make space for it.
