Nikola Tesla also studied structured water but his work with it was called HHO plasma.
A couple of comments in the replies (thanks!) led to some thoughts before I get back to the super duper long draft post (let’s call it a book summary). and… Welcome new subscribers! **This post also got too long, so I’m dividing it up more.
Topic One:
The cancer risk from radiation likely has to do with radiation disrupting the electrical organization of cell cytoplasm
- disorganizing the positively charged and negatively charged layers of HHO plasma / EZ water.
Topic one - cancer risk and damage from radiation initially likely is due to changes causes in the cell’s cytoplasm. Our cell fluid is supposed to be electrically organized “plasma”, which is Jello-(TM)-like. The word ‘plasma’ is also used in an energy field sense rather than only referring to blood plasma which is the fluid in blood minus the blood cells. However, blood plasma is supposed to be an energetically organized ‘plasma’ field too, in order for us to be healthy and to not develop cancer. Timothy Winey pointed this out in a reply to the last post on Herbals that may help radiation sickness, and maybe prevent cancer too.

“I have a crude theory about cancer and radiation poisoning stemming from alterations to water properties. Basically, I'm not convinced that ionizing radiation damages DNA directly which leads to mutations and cancer. I think it's more likely that radiation alters water properties that in turn lead to oncogenesis and mutations (not necessarily in that order).”

His background entry into the area of organized water is interesting. He is a violinist - someone trained on sound waves and the use of tightened strings to make sound waves, rather than someone trained on how to make a nice creamy pudding without lumps. The really interesting thing about the study of aether energy, is that it shows up in astrophysics, weather-ology, and the biology of life and food science, in addition to affecting or being affected by magnetic or electrical energy.
Why should we care about structured water or if our cytoplasm is properly structured?
It may be protecting us from cancer, but it might also help prevent our hair from going grey.

Nutshell explainer: If our cytoplasm has problems, then we aren’t able to methylate properly and that leads to lack of epigenetic control of DNA in the cell’s nucleus - each and every cell needs to have its own cytoplasm and mitochondria doing the methylation cycles properly before the cell’s nucleus can also have methylation occurring normally and epigenetic control requires the correct amount of methylation.

“Plasma” in the kitchen includes gelatin desserts (Jello TM), or a freshly made meat or bone broth which gels after cooling. Also, Suntea, pudding, milk-based creamy sauces, and a thickened Gumbo style creole soup are examples of structured water in the kitchen. Water gently heated or blended with starches and fats or polyphenols will thicken into a creamy emulsified texture. The powdered sassafras leaves of Gumbo file powder, or powdered mustard seeds will add to the emulsification of a creamy mustard, or the horseradish would add creaminess to a blended mustard too.

A more recent post has my current coffee recipe which includes skullcap herb (source of baicalein) and some pomegranate peel, which would add similar polyphenols to the coffee as those found in green or black tea.

From the book about Nikola Tesla and government secret programs, a little background information about electrically organized water — it is called HHO plasma in the book. A molecule of water is made from a hydrogen atom connected to a hydroxyl group which is an oxygen and a hydrogen. The two parts can separate into a positively charged H+ ion with one less electron, and a negatively charged hydroxyl group with the oxygen and hydrogen atoms and one extra electron.
The hydroxyl group can also be called a methyl group — methylation is the chemical addition of an -OH group to another chemical. Methylation of a DNA strand tends to turn it ‘off’ for being transcribed into a protein. DNA are like a recipe card telling us how to bake a cake or a cookie or a pot roast or a pot of bean soup. Methylation of the DNA strand would be like putting the recipe card in an envelope, so it isn’t readable without opening the envelope.

Cytoplasm dysfunction is an initiating underlying problem in the cause of “cancer” (rather than a cell nucleus with DNA differences), and therefore, the risk from radiation that causes cancer, likely has to do with the radiation causing changes in the cytoplasm of a cell. Which it would. During health our cytoplasm is electrically organized with layers of water that is separated into faster flowing positively charged protons, (which are formed from a hydrogen atom giving its electron to the -OH part of a water molecule), and the -OH ions form a layer that is slower flowing and negatively charged.
Polyphenols are likely so effective for healing from radiation or cancer because they help support structuring of water - which would include cellular water and digestive fluids.
All you have to do to make a structured water herbal tea is to add the tea to the water, in a glass bottle, and leave it in the sun, or just leave it to steep overnight. The structured water beverage will be better for digestion and overall health.
Flavanols, a type of polyphenol, has a recommendation for a daily intake of 400-600 mg. You probably haven’t heard about it from your doctor or newspaper though.
A dietary recommendation has been made by an advisory panel of the Academy for Nutrition and Dietetics for flavanols from foods of 400/600 mg/day for cardiometabolic health. Green or black tea, apples, and berries are mentioned as food sources. (Crowe-White, et al, 2022) Pomegranate is a source of flavanols, and was a better source of gallocatechins than other Spanish foods tested. (de Pascual-Teresa, et al, 2000)
Flavonoids including luteolin, quercetin and apigenin, help prevent breakdown of NAD+, which helps preserve niacin levels. (Rajman, Chwalek, Sinclair, 2018) Those flavonoids or foods can help ‘cool’ a niacin flush reaction - eat a fresh apple or pear with the peel (organically grown is preferred).
