Google says I can boost "sialic acid production" eating eggs and dairy. Can't get over the idea of eating crickets. Sorry. But I'm glad that boba tea sounds like it's good for me now.

Some memester made a Bubble Tea graphic out of a 2020 CoV statistics graph and I saw it as legitimate -- see this webpage https://jenniferdepew.com/resistant-starch%2Fbutyrate The resistant starch helps feed beneficial Bifidobacterium species which chimeric spike seems to preferentially wipe out (Substack post that includes work by Sabine Hazen/Hazan). /// The tapioca with less sugar would probably be better though. // I can't eat eggs or dairy so the cricket flour does seem to help me but I use small amounts for the trace nutrients rather than trying to make a 'fake meat' burger out of the minimal protein content of crickets.
