so Jennifer this looks like an interesting story - but I took a break from reading it to ask about Boron, because I read that Boron is to the parathyroid as iodine is to the thyroid. I got interested in using it with the horse for hoof health - Hair Skin and Nails right? then I found out that you can't grow Alfalfa without adding Boron to the soil, and wondered if that's why some horses do well with alfalfa. I'm a big trace mineral fan! I first found out some applied stuff about iodine from the horses as well. but my first interest in trace minerals was at Penn State when I was trying to study nutrition; micronutrients in the animal Nutrition department might have been my favorite class of all time.

Boron can be amazing if you need it and caution is needed to not overdo with Borax baths as it can cause nerve contractions that don't stop. I did that once with baths.

You are 100% on target: "What does boron do in the body? Boron deficiency causes the parathyroids to become overactive, releasing too much parathyroid hormone which raises the blood level of calcium by releasing calcium from bones and teeth. This then leads to osteoarthritis and other forms of arthritis, osteoporosis and tooth decay." https://herbsetc.org/blog/minerals-spotlight-boron-health-benefits/

Boron is in my trace mineral mix but I have been inconsistant with my own supplements for months - too much stress too. I have been taking my daily boxes of supps for this last week. and feel better for it.

**The too long post needs to have my chit chat and story trimmed and reformat it as an easier flow protocol. I learned a ton that I think would be helpful if user friendly. Or a 45 minute video is what is really needed.

well I was enjoying the story, and agree with you about doctors. Most of the time might as well skip them! it's a mess that you practically have to have a degree in Biochemistry just to manage your own life in this crazy toxic world! I hope some of your stress lets up and you can be more conscientious with your self-care 🐱
