In my humble opinion, EVERYONE should grow a pomegranate tree in their back yard and eat good quality chocolate, not just aging men😉😉🤣

Early scoop - I have two more pomegranate posts from GreenMedInfo scheduled for the next two days. One is about arterial plaque and one is about Covid19 and that one includes sumac.

There is a fine line between email and spam which I don't want to cross.

Thanks Jennifer!

I combat my impotence with a good dose of chainsaw work. Cutting down trees or anything that is standing upright on its own merit gives me hope 😁 and increases my muscle mass.

In a pomegranate. I haven't seen dried pomegranate that is separated into outer and inner rind. I haven't looked this year though. I would like to see it produced as an ingredient like citrus pectin is.

I do find POM brand juice effective for symptom relief.

Organic juices can be more effective though, but also more bitter tasting. Less palatable.

JD - Supply shortages saw cocoa futures surge well past the $9,000 per ton level on Monday as a record rally that started in early 2023 shows no sign of letting up. In fact, cocoa beans are not only now more expensive than other popular commodities like copper, but recent returns also outpace popular investments like Nvidia and Bitcoin over the past month (+47%) and on a year-to-date basis (+130%). Cocoa production has been dented by severe weather and crop disease in Ghana and the neighboring Ivory Coast, which together are responsible for 70% of global output. Spending on candy and chocolates will drop this Easter, according to the National Retail Federation, as manufacturers pass on rising costs to consumers. Meanwhile, companies could continue cutting down on packaging and bar sizes, or promote varieties with other ingredients. There's already an explosion of cocoa butter equivalents on the market, as well as substitutes for cocoa mass and artificial flavors, and expect some clever marketing in the near future like "I Can't Believe It's Not Chocolate!" GMO Cocoa coming to a theatre near you soon.

Sad but not unexpected by environmentalists NN. Chocolate is very climate specific and may not make it through this pole shift map change.

I am eating too many Medjool dates for my Easter sweet. I had a little chocolate but the oxalate load is too much for me now.
