Sadly I can’t partake if you use Facebook. Can’t stand the site! Substack is great though!

I will set up something here to, just post the same thing a few places, Telegram and maybe try a shadow banned Twitter account. Start fresh. I got my account back there but it came with old strikes against me in the algorithms.

Yes, I am, thanks!

I wondered if I could talk or email with you sometime, and get some feedback on some of my ideas.

Happy to help, however I may. Try CheapThoughts@substack.com - I've never used that address for this before, so if that fails, DM me on Gab.

I hope you’re better! I don’t have Facebook, but I’ll definitely read any posts on essential oils that you share here.

Awesome and yes I am feeling better but still need to avoid the things I've ruled out. Messing around with it tends to backfire.

I'll post here too but don't want to deluge people who aren't interested. Maybe I'll start another Substack for the Essential Oil Book Club posts.

I have been working on my book project but started another too or a subsection of the larger goal maybe.

Wonderful to hear you made it off of meds and doing well enough to keep that all up. Your mix of jobs does sound like a balance of activities if you are seeing it as a positive challenge rather than a negative one. Mindset matters in the impact in the body. But too much without enough rest is too much.
