Sadly I can’t partake if you use Facebook. Can’t stand the site! Substack is great though!

I will set up something here to, just post the same thing a few places, Telegram and maybe try a shadow banned Twitter account. Start fresh. I got my account back there but it came with old strikes against me in the algorithms.

Yes, I am, thanks!

I wondered if I could talk or email with you sometime, and get some feedback on some of my ideas.

Happy to help, however I may. Try CheapThoughts@substack.com - I've never used that address for this before, so if that fails, DM me on Gab.

I was sitting down to make some images for my friends business and then I opened my email and saw your latest stack and I said ""Hhhmpf. Well, there you have it."

I have been reading some of what you have been sending and have meant to come back and read more deeply because you have been sharing a lot of information along the same lines that I have been traveling. (previously diagnosed as "hashimotos" now free of all pharma and still working on it)

I am working with a friend on his skin/hair oil line. We just rejigged our plan on how to get that going. This week, along with my regular job of grant writing, and playing the piano, and pressure washing- I will also be working on getting his product line set up with Shopify and Fiver. Hahaha. I do rest, I will rest more. I actually consider the pressure washing to be relaxing.

I have wanted to start my own apothecary at home. I recently saw a couple of people I follow talking about how to make supplements without having to buy supplements.

I am deeply interested in all of that.

This is going to be a BUSY YEAR! I will have to take excellent care of myself and my family and REST WELL and stop staying up late.

I appreciate you. I saved the picture of that stack of books and I will be back later to read this whole thing. Thanks for the great work you have been doing.

Here is to our health!

Wonderful to hear you made it off of meds and doing well enough to keep that all up. Your mix of jobs does sound like a balance of activities if you are seeing it as a positive challenge rather than a negative one. Mindset matters in the impact in the body. But too much without enough rest is too much.

Yes indeed ! A lot of my jobs require I sit at a piano or sit at a keyboard, so getting out and moving always feels better. I hear ya though. I am going fishing today :) Tada! Have a good day.

I hope you’re better! I don’t have Facebook, but I’ll definitely read any posts on essential oils that you share here.

Awesome and yes I am feeling better but still need to avoid the things I've ruled out. Messing around with it tends to backfire.

I'll post here too but don't want to deluge people who aren't interested. Maybe I'll start another Substack for the Essential Oil Book Club posts.

I have been working on my book project but started another too or a subsection of the larger goal maybe.
