Bergamot must be why my wife and I are loving our earl gray tea right about now - helps deal with the PTSD of the holidays (:

I had to go fix my article. Bee Balm is also used in tea, but it is the Citrus Bergamot in Earl Grey Tea. I was in error all of my life. My mom had Bee Balm in the garden and I had thought it was used in the tea and I liked that tea also.

DoTerra 'OnGuard' always did it for me when I co-slept with the babies but Lavender knocked me out last night.

I used to be addicted to Earl Grey tea too when I could still handle caffeine... Bergamot is incredible.

Love this, cross posted.

Young Living is also a good brand, and rumor has it that DoTerra grew from a Young Living base.

Of course I am partial to Young Living (YL) because they sponsor a 6-in-hand carriage team of Percherons!

Fun!

I have a buying code for Young Living too but I haven't. An order didn't go through for me and then later I got involved with a doTerra marketer.
