Hi and good day to you Jennifer. Thank you for the article. Regarding boron, you might want to check out Robert Yoho's Substack article ( https://open.substack.com/pub/robertyoho/p/289-polymath-paul-pp-introduced-me?utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web ). I've already tested it, the Ted's protocol, last July, and completed that month with the full 20 days. Based on my experience as a male, I didn't experience any adverse reaction on that protocol, so I'm already an N=1. I'm still continuing the Ted's protocol this August, and so far, I don't get any adverse reaction from it fortunately. I've only noticed that my teeth got somewhat 'stronger' with remineralization using visual inspection. I hope that helps.
Just a tip: See also the comments section of that Substack article I've provided. You will get lots of valuable information and anecdotals from persons who have already used that kind of Boron protocols.
Another amazing post, Doc. Very insightful, indeed !!
When you have a moment, would you be happy to comment here or if time permits a do mini-post on overcoming protracted withdrawal syndrome following long-term Benzodiazepine administration? In particular, what nutrients/supplements would be beneficial in helping address the severe withdrawal symptoms and helping with rewiring the brain to restore optimal functioning?
First time I have ever encountered using pomegranate peel! I have about a dozen trees of them too :)
You are sitting pretty then. 😍
JD - This series on BDNF Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor is a sweeping tour de force. Your work is par excellence.
Wow, thanks NN. I tend to always see the disorganization that I could improve.

Thank you so much for this information. Well written, well referenced, very practical.
Thanks for expanding on my reply.
I was using Brave AI search and read about those three and saw BDNF and Butyrate and remembered you.
don't forget the most powerful BDNF generator is Ashwaghanda.
