Thanks. I am not currently eating vegan - adding fish back into my diet may have been an autoimmune goof though. Autoimmune suspicion was why I went vegan initially. But Iwas not satisfied this summer. I was constantly feeling in need of more protein.
Lower fat sounds like it might be a good idea though. I have a book on acupoints on the way and a couple others on TCM type topics.
I got a whole house charcoal filter. That should help reduce fluoride I think. I live kind of near the Ohio ecodisaster/government staged event and thought it would be a good idea to invest in.
When I was renting and had no control over the water filtration I used magnesium pills when I drew my bath water. You can probably get them a lot of places but health-and-wisdom.com sells them.
Medical doctors r trained to stay in their own field n only look at their own part. The internists n family medicine doctors who look at the whole body have been totally handcuffed with paperwork, poor pay, now r employees n get hand slapped if they venture outside accepted practice of care which is an expensive new drug. For ur high MCV with high B12 and folic acid. Do u know ur methylation snps? Done 23andme or ancestry? Ur not methylating. Also look into folate receptor autoantibodies n cerebral folate deficiency.
I did get genetics done and need the extra B12 support and choline in particular but probably folate too. I take supplements and both labs were quite elevated rather than low. Maybe I am low in B6 though. I have been bad about taking my boxes of supplements lately. ** That's a yes - I need to stop skipping my boxed supplement routine. B6 deficiency can cause anemia/lack of red blood cell formation. https://www.urmc.rochester.edu/encyclopedia/content.aspx
They are not getting into cell to utilize them. I would take a b complex rather then just 1 or 2 Bs then add the extra bs u need. If u have the COMT gene sometimes u can’t handle methylated Bs. Dr Ben lynch has a lot of great info n book “dirty genes” Dr Kendall Stewart states if ur folate is super high u have folate receptor antibodies and need more not less. Run ur genes thru geneticlifehacks.com tons of helpful info. The choline would be super helpful for liver.
I highly recommend Dr. Lynch as well for his work in breakdown the genetics so you can navigate them and still live an optimal healthy life an not be hamstrung by your genes. It sounds like you already did genetic testing but he also developed his own testing called stratagene which is the only one I would recommend so your data isn’t being sold as is the case with 23andme and ancestry.
Also, what about ferments? Are you consuming fermented foods? I feel like this is the best way to get readily available B vitamins. You might reach out to Donna at culturedfoodlife.com and see if she has ever worked with anyone with your specific issues. She is also partnered with Cutting Edge Cultures. I’ve making the Kefir Soda lately and it is so yummy!
And lastly, what about Urotherapy? I’m always looking for ways to help the body that don’t cost a fortune. I’ve not gone to far down this topic but I know a number of people who used it and resolved many different issues. Dr. Group and Jonathan Otto have compiled data at www.urotherapyresearch.com.
I know you are very knowledgeable. But I don’t know what you don’t know. I do send you love and golden light of healing and wisdom to be guided to the answers you need for a full recovery.
Please look at your diet re liver.

I appreciate your feedback.
Autoimmune disease just means you are eating food that causes an acidic digestion which leads to inflammation.
Once the inflammation has reached breaking point the body develops auto immune.
Read Professor Arnold Ehret’s book The Mucusless Diet and his amazing books published in Fasting
And all published early 1900’s to 1922. Such a genius of a man.
I am currently fasting on still grape juice - 8th day today and I am walking around 15-18 kms per day walking other people’s dogs.
Always feel fantastic fasting because no energy used to digest anything and that extra energy the body can use to heal.
Try using 20 mule team borax to clean your bathtub.
Sounds good, thanks!
I only use things I would put in the bath to clean the tub. Borax or baking soda are my go to if I need a little abrasive action to clean the tub.
Fluoride from Fluoridation industrial waste disposal also enters your body through your skin.
It is a potent inhibitor of your Magnesium enzymes.

Not much use against Fluoride, so you might like to look at Reverse Osmosis.
Darn, thanks.
