Antifungal NAC Protocol by anons Peribsen and MacLir.
Cosmic Death Fungus? more colorful than Candida or Asperigillosis?
Anti-fungal protocol using black seed oil, oregano essential oil, and NAC, N-acetylcysteine*. It is very well referenced and has a nice white paper with the guidance section at the beginning followed by the 100 more pages of why this stuff is a good idea…that is what it takes is what I have found in my own ‘protocols’.
*Edited a typo error that had changed the meaning. NAC is n-acetylcysteine and I had n-acetylcholine in error. My apologies for any confusion or inconvenience.
Try this….Why? Are you sure you want to ask that question? Yes. Okay, here is a 100 page document explaining why.

“The NAC Protocol
Morning: 600 mg NAC, Oregano oil, (40 mg Carvacrol) [in a capsule], Black Seed Oil (1 teaspoon)
Night: [repeat the same.] 600 mg NAC, Oregano oil, (40 mg Carvacrol) [in a capsule], Black Seed Oil (1 teaspoon)
Continue daily for a minimum of two months and count out 3 weeks with no die off symptoms prior to discontinuing. Fungal die off symptoms may include: Tiredness, exhaustion, muscle soreness, increased chest or nasal discharge, cold or flu like symptoms, cold sores, headaches, rash, acne, irritability, change in stool frequency, volume or color; increased urination, bloated stomach, cramps, increased gas.”
Morning: 600mg NAC, 500mg Slo Niacin (nicotinic acid), 100mg Pterostilbene, 250mg Pomegranate Extract (40% Ellagic Acid), Black Seed Oil (1 teaspoon)
Night: 500mg Slo Niacin, 100mg Pterostilbene, 250mg Pomegranate Extract, Black Seed Oil (1 teaspoon)
After every 3 weeks on the maintenance protocol, take 1 week off. Continue to use black seed oil during the off cycle.”

MacLir said below in a forum post:
Thank you for the positive feedback. Yes, extensive DNA repair does happen on the protocol. Just a brief overview to follow.
With active fungal infection, which is the majority of us, our DNA repair is effectively halted. One of the nasty things this fungus does is target this ability using mycotoxins and oxidation (ROS) which quickly destroys guanine quadruplexes responsible for DNA repair on a deeper level. Constant DNA damage along with damage to telomeres are two primary markers for the aging process itself.
By destroying the infection and allowing the body to perform proper cleanup with autophagy and mitophagy, the quadruplexes begin to function again and perform complex interactions with sirtuin activation during the maintenance phase.
The geneticist we work with has no idea how deep and far back the repairs can go, because we are basically in uncharted territory. In the average person these quadruplexes and DNA transcription features never truly worked correctly, so only time will tell.

A 2.02 version is in ebook form and is more colorful in Why? the authors think self treatment is important. The main species discussed are “Aspergillus, Cryptococcus and Candida” but are called Cosmic Death Fungus as it is claimed the organisms are not just found on Earth. Recommendation about esssential oil brands on the Reddit/r/cosmicdeathfungus:
Yes, absolutely. There are less than 7 REAL essential oil companies in the world. The best are- Young Living (pricey because they are the best by a long shot) Original Swiss Aromatics and Doterra. I wouldn't bother with anyone else for internal use EO's. Hope that helps! Only YL has been approved officially for internal use.”
I read the 2.02 pdf in full - the theory seems to be that meteorites may have brought fungus here, or maybe the traveling aliens suggested by world mythology/legend and built structures. The big Why? though, is low level chronic fungal infections change our genes negatively. The phytonutrient rich plant substances can help fight infection and reverse some types of DNA changes. Brain fog or clear-headedness? It can be hard to choose when suffering brain fog.
A carbohydrate rich diet supports fungal infection as they need sugar or starch for energy. Yeasts used to make bread and beer may be part of the risk as well as the extra carbohydrates.
Fungal species are also seen within cancer cells.
