Very informative.

I disagree with whole grains being beneficial. Many many people I know have had health problems when eating whole grains, especially whole wheat, wheat, and brown rice. Problems went away when they stopped eating whole grains.

Resistant starches like root vegetables are great.

Tapioca pudding with coconut milk is delicious! Will put cardamom in it next time.

Could you list what you believe are the best supplement suppliers for the following reasons ?

Reputation

Product sourcing

Ingredient purity

Dosage accuracy

Price Value.

Secondly.

When can you be taking to many of the great preventing/ health promoting supplements?

Can you prioritize the most important to nice to have. (Budget)

I Vitamix the whole pomegranate ino a slurry

I mix 50 / 50 with slurry of whole cranberries. Drink in a Smoothie of 6oz (red)with 6oz (green) of a vegetable source slurry.

Too much pomegranate to consume per day ?

No physical GI track issues to-date. (6 months).

Need to understand dosage of all vitamins and supplements with designed Smoothie ingredients.
