Can't get a response from you in both twitter and here.

Am I shadow banned everywhere ?

I get very little reach on Twitter and never see accounts I used to interact with a lot. Now I see older leftist accounts in my stream.

It is not good there. Here, I just have messy email and was busy writing a super long post yesterday. Big impact on my own health, post.

Ok. My query was about pomegranate tinctures. Should I separate the white pulp from the rind and dry and make 2 powder based tinctures, or just dry the rind and the white inner pulp together and put it all in a tincture mix ? Have read your Pom pages btw. thanks for any advice / wisdoms...

For an extract or tincture you could use the whole peel or the outer rind if you use the pith in cooking. I find the rind too potent as an edible and prefer it in an extract form.

But if you aren't using the pith in food, just make tincture with the whole peel.

Or I do dry the pith and powder it to add to food too. Dried is easier to save extra. Exract needs to be frozen unless it is an alcohol based tincture.

ok thanks. I'll try drying all together and make a combined tincture in a liquid alcohol base.

JD - once lived in a place with a pomegranate tree, never let one fruit rot or go to waste, my favorite fruit. One year even the displaced bees without a queen hived there temporarily. Nature knows, this is the way. https://youtu.be/uelA7KRLINA
