Baric is not the ultimate bad guy in the bat soup story, he was just the first guy. His bat vaccination with chimeric spike SARS2 like thing DEFUSE proposal wasn't funded…. because another very similar one PREEMPT was. It had the added twist of bring self spreading - passive ‘vaccination’ by exosomes created in the treated animals which would spread to the whole population or most of it.

Ralph Baric has a moral line in the sand and that crossed it apparently. Self-spreading is releasing something on the entire environment. Humans are not the only beings susceptible to Baric’s lab creation that someone else made self-spreading.

*Baric added the gp130 HIV-1 like section which makes the chimeric spike able to enter cells more easily than a normal coronavirus would, and therefore it is able to infect people more easily.

Dr.Vincent Munster is the passive exposure scientist…self spreading chimeric spike gene carrying “vaccination” for wild bats in hopes of preventing a deadly virus from occurring in them.
