Terrain theory and early treatment/prevention.
Don't sweat the small stuff - build a healthy body and arm it with extra help and let our defenses handle the microbes.
Bad news - SARS-CoV-2 has yet another way that it can enter endothelial cells “through an αvβ3 Integrin-Mediated Endocytosis” - and it bypasses the CoV vak neutralizing antibodies. This is not good news, but it is repetitive news. SARS-CoV-2 has a ridiculously long list of ways it can enter cells - including direct fusion. SARS-CoV-2 spreads through cell-to-cell transmission - PubMed (nih.gov) It also can make cells into a giant single membraned cluster with all of the nuclei of the various cells included in the giant syncytial cell. Syncytia formation by SARS-CoV-2-infected cells - PubMed (nih.gov)
So…not new news - preventive and early treatment works well against SARS-CoV-2 and preventive ongoing treatment is best because “early treatment” needs to start on day 3-7 or it is no longer early enough. That would be very early cold symptoms when most people would still go to work without a second thought, let alone take a small handful of supplements twice a day. (Preventive is basically once a day, treatment upping to twice a day for some of the recommendations.)

“Spike has so many ways into cells we might as well set up a hospitality center with a gift basket.”
“Pomegranate in the gift basket”
“More seriously, that is the preventive/early treatment, take the Z stack equivalent you prefer - all the time. Breaking the news: cold viruses are endemic and do not respond to vaccines because they are a quasiswarm RNA species that mutates readily - does as a standard practice as it invades different terrains of the body. So, Terrain theory enthusiasts - keep your terrain healthy at all times and don't sweat the small stuff and virus or exosomes, etc are small. Let the pomegranate gift basket do its thing and don't stress is important.”
Stress itself can be a cause of hyperinflammation and can increase risk of autoimmune and other issues occurring or worsening.
I can tell when I slack on my pomegranate/plus tea or don’t make tapioca pudding or bean soup and other foods that are healthier for me than quicker canned beans, salad, nuts and seeds. Missing the salad is noticeable too though. Variety and consistency both can help health - consistent daily habits that include a diverse range of foods, herbs, spices, and beverages.
Granted, my list of health aids is long, but I like health and I didn’t have it most of adult life, so I am not giving it up easily.

Nature has got our back. Do we have hers?
The Basic Stack:
Peace be with you. Feeling at home is a mindset. Find inner peace and home is wherever you find yourself, bad or good, it is simply now. Keep moving forward somehow.
