Take hyperinflammation seriously.
It is easier to prevent damage then to reverse it once it has happened. Pain hurts, health is better. That is why I share info.

Walter and everyone else saying similar things are not wrong. Take detox and self care seriously as preventing may be possible, reversing damage often isn't. I got CoV early 2020, then passive exposure ill in May 2021. Jab version is far worse. I am having shingles with excess exertion or sunburn pox - radiation or infection or autoimmune inflammation are all going to cause similar damage. COVID-19 in some areas is 5G effects probably in part. Glyphosate biofuel exhaust is a factor in other areas. All the sources of inflammation need to be identified individually and corrected individually and stick with it, for life. Relapse happens and it can take longer to get back to better. It is negative voodoo nocebo talk to estimate numbers. Placebo talk to focus on visualizing adequate body defense in whatever way works for you. The media is running a mega nocebo and the tactic has been working.
Say no thanks to negative predictions from anyone - they are not you, or your body.

Peace-is-happy.org blog has a long series about the Placebo and Nocebo effects. Our minds can think ourselves sick and are more likely to do so when apparent authority figures are telling us that we are going to get sick. “Exosomes, Pheromones, and the placebo/nocebo effect” is later in the series and has a link to an earlier post that has links to all the earlier posts.
Nutshell point - people with higher levels of dopamine (COMT gene difference possibly) are more likely to be susceptible to either positive or negative suggestions.
Additional important point - social media or a political rally or a protest are all going to be elevating dopamine levels with the excitement and Likes feed into our dopamine system. People who use mood altering substances are also going to have elevated dopamine. Mass psychosis/group think (older terms than Mattias Desmet's more recent take) is in part reflecting the dopamine increase of the crowd.
Having adequate magnesium, antioxidants and B vitamins would be protective.
Those are real risks to our health, in my graphic. Take it seriously, modern life is a mistake and we need to do major corrections.
