Switching gears to - Monkey/shingles/chicken/smallpox
What is it? Maybe detox during immune overload or deficiency, + friction/sweat/strenuous exertion -> myokines -> hyperinflammation. Overloaded detox. Black seed oil topically helps pain, is anti-viral
Too much friction is likely part of the risk of Monkey pox based on my own shingles/chicken pox experiences. They can appear in embarrassing locations that receive too much friction - like on the side of the knee when wearing tight jeans. Do mosquitoes bite through jeans? Yes, they can. The mosquito Itch ointment that usually helped didn’t help though.
Over exertion seems to be part of the onset for my non-childhood pox. Twice I got shingles in 2021 (after passive exposure, weekend length, overly long, overly hard work - not just a hard session at the gym for two hours. Muscles create inflammatory myokines that are similar to cytokines, just called myo- for muscle as the source instead of cyto- for cellular.
What helped?
Black seed oil topically and a spoonful by mouth am and pm has helped me with a few chicken pox/shingles occurrences since the passive exposure jab season started in early 2021. I had one or two this summer, again after yardwork, tired, in spots that got friction - outer finger knuckle, spot on my lip where I caught myself itching/chewing at my lip and found a spot there. Black seed oil made it go away quickly.
Black seed oil has anti-viral, anti-inflammatory and anti-pain benefits. (1) Topically it helped make the stinging sensation stop. The spots feel like the mosquito is still biting - constantly. Do not use black seed oil near the eye area undiluted. I tried it on a spot near my eye and it made the spot better but all the skin in the area that got oil was slightly burnt/inflamed for a couple days. It has not been too strong elsewhere. I sometimes add a couple ounces to my grapeseed oil/essential oil blend for general use too.
Solutions include magnesium: I took an Epsom salt bath and do hand soaks for my mom. The finger and toenail area absorbs the magnesium sulfate during a hand or foot soak. Magnesium is needed to help reduce inflammation or fight an infection.
Extra self care of preventive treatments such as C, D, quercetin and zinc would be in order. I increase my high dose niacin to three times a day, and take a spoonful of black seed oil by mouth am and pm instead of just am. Extra herbal/pomegranate tea or foods and methyl B complex, etc.
Other symptoms - feeling flu-ish, tired.
Along with the spots there seems to be a feeling tired and flu-ish also, extra napping and resting.
Treatment helps but the topical black seed oil alone has helped reduce itching for my mom.
She got what I thought was a lot of mosquito bites after she had runaway one day and got a long way - really over-exerted herself. (Alzheimer’s is no fun and caregiving is not easy. We’ve been lucky, thank you universe and praise Jesus.)
The location of the spots was on her back which would have gotten friction and sweat during a long walk. It also is irritated in the morning after she gets out of bed - friction all night while sleeping on her back. The black seed oil solution worked though. When I thought it was mosquito bites, I used up most of the rest of my anti-itch ointment and it seemed to help at the time the immediate crop of “bites” went away. But the itchiness continued off and on for days, worsening even, and I finally tried black seed oil and that helped. A few remaining bumps flattened out and the extreme itchiness stopped. I reapply the oil when she starts scratching again (Alzheimer’s dementia makes it difficult to figure out what is going on).
This chickenpox/shingles issue seems exercise and fatigue related in addition to being jab related immune weakness rather than somehow my knee spots that never got pus or scabs (not considered infectious) could transfer to an infection on her back after walking too far. I am not even sure I had any at the same time.
The media is making a big deal out of the Monkey pox issue and Black seed oil might help more than fear or Lockdowns or new experimental jabs.
VAIDS/AIDS and detox - is pox more of an internal detoxification symptom being released through our largest organ (our skin).
Monkey pox is also most likely to occur in people with AIDS or Vaccine Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (VAIDS) - passive exposure illness is a real risk and my initial spots in July 2021 did seem temporally to be related to medical office air illness that I had in May-June 2021. I never had chicken pox/shingles before that since second grade when I had it pretty badly.
Chicken/shingle/monkey/smallpox may all be similarly detox symptoms during reduced immune function rather than an infection that can be passed to a healthy person. A Substack post by Sebastien Powell asks questions and reviews the history of pox and just what pox might be - possibly a body trying to get rid of toxins or inflammation of some sort.
There can be different causal reasons for a similar poxy rash. Radiation poisoning can cause a similar rash too. Keep EMF out of bedrooms and get a Faraday cage for Routers or turn off WiFi at night if possible. Healthy habits also include black out curtain darkness at night or an eye cover.
I do think the theory has merit that “pox” is an internal body trying to detox rather than an infection. When I was very sick with chicken pox as a child, my siblings didn’t really get sick. What about that chickenpox party? As a mother I breastfed each infant for the first couple years of their lives and didn’t use formula much. As preschoolers they both got a few spots at the same time and weren’t very sick and the spots went away without getting to the pustule or scab stages. They would have gotten antibodies from me to protect against an infection if that is the cause of chickenpox. I don’t know who my kids might have been exposed to, if they had been.
