Comments I made on a post by Sage Hana about a post by Walter Chesnut.
Sage’s reply/summary of the issues:

The root issue was not so much: PUMPKIN SEEDS but two ops:
1. That we have a novel pandemic virus that is both DANGEROUS AND INFECTIOUS AND NOVEL AND REQUIRES LOTS OF TREATMENTS.
2. That this virus did not affect All Cause Mortality, but was used to get the shots and the countermeasures.
3. There are plenty of Big Smart Experts who derive a place in a new ecosystem. On the backs of the virus. (alleged novel virus.)
A quote from Walter’s post
“Squalene blocks the now notorious NF-kB pathway.” - Walter M. Chesnut
Me: “le-sigh” (Quora translation from the French)
Let me refer you back to my very first post in which I share a bucket load of produce, beverages and phytonutrients which ALL help to inhibit inflammatory NF-kB and promote the anti-inflammatory Nrf2 pathways (*occasionally in cancer cell lines exploitation of Nrf2 occurs and promoting it would not be helpful then).
Additional quote from the research study regarding dosing frequency
The research study in Walter’s post happened to be the one I found this morning on my brief look, and used in my comment below regarding how much squalene is needed and how many pumpkin seeds would that be?
- Approximately 300 mg worth of squalene extracted from pumpkin seeds was placed under the patient’s tongue every 4 hours, I missed the frequency part on my first look at the paper.
“5 drops of sublingually SQ was applied every 4 h for up to 5 days.” https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-024-54843-x
A comment here suggested that the large disparity in hospitalization rates between the experimental group and the control group seems to large to be true - questioning if there was bad study design? I would not be surprised that giving a strong NK-kB inhibitor/Nrf2 promoter every 4 hours for five to six days would make a huge difference from standard CoV treatment. If symptoms were being treated within the first week then that would be the recommended holistic treatment schedule, frequent doses for a week or so to knock a viral infection out early.
My point in sharing the graphics, further below, and for my le-sigh crack, is simply to point out the big picture hope, the everyday hope, not just a Friday post - eat more Nrf2 promoters/NFkB inhibitors everyday and you will likely have much healthier terrain and be able to withstand mystery diseases or whatever sort. And if you don’t have squalene oil, pick some of the others foods or phytonutrients. I like pumpkin seeds, but there is not really a balanced diet plan that includes 10.5 ounces of pumpkin seeds every four hours, even if only for 5-6 days that would be a lot of chewing and a lot of fiber. So it is a good thing there are gobs and gobs of other delicious choices for your everyday hope meal planning.
My initial comments about squalene and pumpkin seeds in reverse order:
When someone is injected with something then very little may be needed to set up an autoimmune reaction if the substance is similar to a human chemical. Being low in vitamin D is the big risk for autoimmune or allergy reactions being set up, and most modern people are low in vitamin D, due to glyphosate inhibiting vitamin D metabolism.
Re how much squalene is in pumpkin seeds versus a Gulf War vaccine? I am not sure, but a lot less is likely. We eat a handful of seeds and only get a syringe of vaccine adjuvants, but 100% of that into the blood stream counts a lot. People low in vitamin D and other protective nutrients would be more at risk for a bad reaction AND about 15% of the population has genetics that makes ANY injectable likely to set off a cytokine storm reaction.
I would really need to read the squalene/pumpkin seed research for myself and I haven't taken the time.
"Squalene identified in all foods examined in this study, was particularly abundant in pumpkin seed (89.0 mg/100 g)." https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17594521/ *paywall, I can't look at their full tables. Walter has money and a well funded Substack, ask him to buy it.
"The treatment group received 5 mg of intravenous squalene twice a day and standard treatment for 6 days,..." for 30 patients with Covid19. That seems like it might be setting up Gulf War autoimmune issues in the treated patients. No immediate adverse effects were noted. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8427120/
This CoV human trial gave patients five drops of squalene extracted from pumpkin seeds sublingually, (under their tongue), for 5-6 days. https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-024-54843-x
That sounds much safer than injecting it based on the Gulf War issues. One drop of essential oil provides about 60 milligrams so five drops might be 300 mg of squalene which would be about ten and half ounces of pumpkin seeds - 100 grams ~ ounces, 85 mg/100 grams of seeds.
I hope that helps and is taken as help, rather than as something negative. Allegedly CoV activist all want to help prevent CoV problems, not nitpick at each other. The powers that be want us to be divided and bickering.

Anything that helps against the chimeric spike will help both people with "CoV" or people who were CoV jabbed. In case you hadn't noticed, the CoV jabbed are dying in large numbers too, just it isn't being called "CoV". It is being called turbocancer and myocarditis or other things.
We are allegedly on the same side of this I think or hope. And Walter shared that post with me on TwXtter.
If you want to power eat pumpkin seeds to protect against CoV mortality, go for it. Just based on my extensive research and personal experience eating fruit peel and pumpkin seeds, the pomegranate peel or citrus peel would probably help a lot more than pumpkin seeds alone and I would avoid the heavily salted type of pumpkin seeds.

I had trouble reading your post Sage, (too many inserted other Substacks were distracting me and I should be doing other things). Some answers on what your post seems to be about though - yes, Walter Chesnut posts a Friday 'hope' but it is always just about one thing. To really get better the CoV jabbed need a variety of functional foods or supplements to help protect against the dozen or more ways the S1 and S2 subunits can block normal function or add other risks. Many receptor types have to be protected.
Here is my lengthy Protocol Collation and Therapy Goals document https://docs.google.com/document/d/1RmdgbxBUuJa9nFUmCfSoZdnEB8EPc181WOvhGakAKTU/edit?usp=sharing
Pumpkin seeds are probably in it because they are a superfood for many reasons, not just squalene, but I didn't check.
People like simple one answer solutions, but that is inadequate to protect against chimeric spike and the jab version is even worse. Popular easy answers may just be preventing you from seeing correct but less popular answers.
Pumpkin seed post - I have spent time on pumpkin seeds because they REALLY were effective for my prenatal clients to not get high blood pressure or preeclampsia again with a later pregnancy. https://open.substack.com/pub/denutrients/p/pumpkin-seeds-rich-in-zinc?r=os7nw&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web
Squalene would be bad in a vaccine because it is a natural lipid that the body might set up an autoimmune response to if it is injected straight into the blood stream. When we eat squalene then it should be safely digested unless there are gut issues setting up leaky bowel risk for autoimmune reactions. And yes, it is linked to Gulf War Syndrome, another topic I spent some time looking into.
Things that are injected are always going to be more risk than chemicals within foods (including mercury - the jab people like to suggest that it is no more a risk than mercury in food, but only 3% of that is absorbed into the bloodstream and 100% of an injection is injected into the blood stream.

Artemisinin, an extract from Sweet Wormwood, has been extremely helpful in my own CoV recovery. I still use it when I feel a little relapsy/autoimmune like. It is an iron chelator which can help with the post viral infection fatigue of anemia caused by chronic inflammation.
Pomegranate peel alone helps block spike in many ways AND promotes Nrf2 and inhibits NF-kB.
So does niacin, butyrate, (and many other phytonutrients shown in the earlier Nrf2 graphics):

I find it fascinating that the same natural compounds that are effective for covid/spike protein are also effective for cancer (inhibiting metabolic processes, cell signalling etc)
IV injection of high dose adjuvants is just not the same as eating flippin' pumpkin seeds. It's the same crass scaremongering we have seen about vitamin C, vitamin D and, horror of horrors cyanide from B12 supplements.
