Spike clearance goals; Dr. H. Ealy and the Energetic Healing Institute.
A naturopath doctor, Dr. Henele ‘Henry’ Ealy, (also known as Dr. H) has a CoV protocol that seems more thorough than I have seen elsewhere. He addresses phases of healing and recommends initially fasting to help the body increase autophagy and removal of spike affected cells.
In my own case, nausea and vomiting were initial symptoms so I was fasting. Water wasn't staying down well for the first weekend I was sick in late February 2020. Since then relapses have tended to include bowel symptoms and some more days with vomiting. The NAC Protocol for fungus sounded like some of what I have been coping with for longer than CoV era - including the Herxheimer, die-off symptoms, when progress may be going to well for the body to keep up.
Slides from a presentation by Dr. Ealy (with James Lyons-Weiler) show who is at risk (all of us, but not equally) and four phases of spike glycoprotein clearance: Dislodge, Neutralize, Degrade, Bind. I like that - enumerating the ways pomegranate peel can help fight spike, just highlights how important it is to make reducing spike exposure a huge priority (rather than injecting people with ways to make even more of it 😉).
Addition: in the talk I saw, Dr. Ealy recommended this video he had made on the cancer risks related to the pseudouridine substitution in the mRNA version of spike: C-Shot Injury Free Clinic w/ Dr. H - Session 19, Energetic Health Institute https://rumble.com/v2eecwa-c-shot-injury-free-clinic-w-dr.-h-session-19.html
An endorsement in the comments section, thanks! “His podcast is hosted by America Outloud (w/ Drs. McCullough, Breggins, Vilet etc.).
3 Distinct Populations
The Infected - Includes everyone - includes Long Haulers — Nutrient Deficiencies, Spie Glycoproteins, Incubation Effect, Pseudouridine in LH Cases Possible, Genetic Modification Possible
The Injected - Includes Only the Injured, CANNOT Include Long Haulers [?] — Severe Nutrient Deficiencies, Spike Glycoproteins, Incubation Effect, Plasmids, Pseudouridine, Genetic Modification Possible, mRNA, Lipid NanoParticles, Typical Adjuvants
The Shed Upon - Includes Everyone - Exacerbates Long Haul — Nutrient Deficiencies, Spike Glycoproteins
**I would add to The Shed Upon risks - Genetic Modification Possible, mRNA, Pseudouridine, Lipid NanoParticles, because in the animal studies using mRNA ‘passive exposure vaccination’ the gene modification did occur and the only difference highlighted was the lack of adjuvants for the passively exposed. In the CoV situation the LNPs seem to be able to be exuded in sweat or body fluids and spread by touch as well as exosome aerosols.
More research is needed certainly, but why would I get sick for a month if exposure hadn’t led to me making more spike myself, rather than just reacting to a temporary exposure?
Spike Glycoprotein Clearance
Four modes for clearance: Dislodge, Neutralize, Degrade, Bind
Dislodge - Separate SGP from where it’s stuck causing immunological response including interferon. Alkaline pH Interstitium; InfraRed & Dry Saunas - (>131’F); Tobacco, (Nicotinic Acetylcholine, Glutamate, & other Receptors), (Choline Before Stage 22 Contraindicated because leads to more nAChRs); Most Herbal Teas, (Reduce glycosylation effect as clotting precursor).
Neutralize - Reduce ability of SCP once dislodged to cause injury. Antibodies, (Endogenous, Monoclonal, IVIG), (Energy dependent); Ivermectin; Withania somnifera, (Ashwagandha); Glycyrrhiza glabra, (Licorice Root); Vitex agnus castus, (Chaste Tree Berry): Mucuna pruriens, (Velvet Bean); Oolong Tea & Lavender, (Nerolidol - Terpene).
Degrade - Break S1, S2, RBD into smaller molecules. Caution: Some degraded protein segments may still cause injury. Autophagosomes-Lysosomes, (PPIs & Statins contraindicated), (Energy dependent); Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, (Must be diluted); Vitamin C; NAC; Glutathione, (May induce strong symptomatology. Use with extreme caution early in treatment.); Ozone therapy.
Bind - Bind degraded protein segments for elimination via liver bile clearance, sweat (when possible), urine. Hydrated Bentonite Clay; Psyllium Husk Powder, Other fiber okay.
To add to the “Dislodge”, “Neutralize” and “Bind” categories - pomegranate or citrus peel and other pectin foods like rhubarb and apples help block galectin-3 effects caused by spike.
Other “Bind” detox aids include in addition to Hydrated Bentonite Clay (is fine clay powder mixed in water, stir/shake, and it is soothing to a sore gut): Deactivated charcoal, diatomaceous earth, and zeolite. Fulvic and humic acid and hydrolysable tannins in pomegranate peel and other foods also can help bind toxins or excess free iron. Zeolite can protect internally and help clear blood. EDTA chelation also may help clear blood but is generally provided by a heath care provider.
Regarding “Degrade” and intermittent fasting or other fasting goals - Individually we need to figure out what is possible for our overall health. The big issue is to not overeat total calories on average and timing counts - a big meal right before bed is going to reduce clean-up by the body that night. Sleep is our clean-up time for fody and brain. Intermittent fasting means, roughly, trying to extend the number of hours between breakfast and dinner/evening snack - is yours only an 8 hour fast, or a 10, or 12 hour fast between first food in the morning and last food the night before?
I get moody and do prefer to eat something. Having nuts or seeds as a morning wake-up and a larger brunch later in the morning can work for me.
Whether healthy foods or not, any regular excess will limit the amount of clean-up the body has time to do and reduce the need - when hungry the cells look around for cellular debris to reuse as nutrients or building blocks for other chemicals.
My computer or Substack is acting up so I am going to publish this.
How bad is chimeric spike? So bad that we don't really want to find out personally. However, vent and sedate, or Remdesivir are not better. Those are kill protocols. Jumping off a high cliff would probably be faster, cheaper, and less painful, just a guess though, based on observation and math, and is not a recommendation.
Pomegranate peel, papaya, mango, apple, etc are recommendations.
Dr. Ealy does include nicotine as part of what can block spike. I have not fully started back with it as it still upsets my stomach and it seemed that it didn't help my current symptoms as much as not eating ultra-processed foods did. And trying lecithin again was bad. It is too strong of an emulsifier for gut health I think. And I read that it binds with nutrients, decreasing bioavailability of important minerals.
In looking for more information about Dr. Ealy's protocol…I haven't found it yet. The institute website has some free information but it seems focused on selling supplements through Fullscript with a smaller discount than I offer, (10% instead of 20%) - fact-based reporting.
I found an email to contact them about a weekly free clinic:
“FREE INJURY CLINIC EVERY TUESDAY 1PM PACIFIC. CONTACT INFO@ENERGETICHEALTHINSTITUTE.ORG FOR LINK.” -On the Home page in the subsection titled: Art of Cellular Healing by Dr. H. energetichealthinstitute.org.
Supplements can be critically helpful, but diet and lifestyle changes can also be essential and may be more important than adding a supplement to an inflammatory routine. If daily life is setting fires 🔥 all the time, then how can a supplement help enough? It can't really.
Bizarre promoted Tweet - creeped me out so you get to see it too. It will probably sell well. (I am looking for a graphic in my phone.)
Lawn gnome massacre is not funny, or at least not in the current milieu of human massacre. It will probably sell. Laughing is more fun than crying.
I like the mathematical precision of flowers.
The graphic- Goal - do less of the following list:
Reducing exposure to spike
Regarding spike exposure - avoiding busy poorly ventilated places may help, especially anywhere that may still be giving CoV jabs. The worst risk for passive exposure to jabbed people's exosomes, may be in the first 2 months post jab.
Intranasal rinse or spray: Intranasal rinse or sprays after being out can help. For short, 1-2 hour, visits to high-risk settings.
KN95 mask may reduce exosome exposure: I did find KN95 masks seemed to reduce my relapses BUT wear the mask 100% of the time in the risky setting and it itself added congestion and headache risks for me. Shorter use is better. I did stop going out as much, shopping or occasionally trying a restaurant.
Negative Ionizers: If in charge of a business setting, add negative ionizers for air sterilization. The negative ions clump with positively charged spike or mold or other toxins and cause it to drop from the air. Sweep and mop more often - and breathe easier knowing your home or business has cleaner air.
I have seen a comment recently that the unvacced aren't dying, True, regarding the scare tactic that we were all going to die of CoV - but it is untrue that all unjabbed are not getting some of the spike VAIDS symptoms.
VAIDS; Shingles or other infection flare ups are a sign of reduced immunity: I get shingles now when I work too hard and relapse. Black seed oil topically and by mouth helps me at those times. I also use Sweet Wormwood extract or artemisinin or Wormwood tea when flared up. It seems very effective against the lingering fatigue following CoV.
T-cell support is needed and plant nutrients can help as modulators to rebalance the immune system. Modulators can promote what is low and inhibit what is in excess - figuring it out without our needing to worry about the microscopic details (microRNA is involved). Plants make the phytonutrients to protect themselves from stress from the sun, wind, and temperature changes. They make the ‘magic’ - we just have to eat it without preparing the food in a way that loses the ‘magic’ of the chemistry. Overheating, throwing out cooking broth, may lose the nutrients that we want. Removing the peel often removes a lot of nutrients. See page Phytonutrients (jenniferdepew.com) for more information; after the Terpene section is a document link titled T-Cells & Phytonutrients [click “Foods for T-Cells”] and then a short section on immunomodulation.
