New problem-the excess death rate, post by the Ethical Skeptic.
First of a 3 part series about the excess death & temporal association to jabs - "Houston we have a problem", is part 1. I need to change my title.
Synchronicity. One of the graphs includes a spike for searches for “LongCovid” shortly prior to the increase in excess deaths.

This is serious folks. I share information because I know what LongCovid is like and what hyperinflammation is like and I prefer health. It takes more work now but most days are pretty good compared to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or chronic pain conditions.
The ME/CFS likely is overlapping with what LongCovid is. Better understanding of a problem can lead to more effective solutions. See my last post “Houston we have a problem”.
In some ways “Stop eating vitamin A and carotenoids” is very clear and direct. Nutrient labels usually list vitamin A. Other food would need to be checked in a database or list.
Green bell peppers are low in carotenoids but the red ones would be a source, and I just realized I ate some today. I will find out if it was too much tomorrow. It isn't easy being sickly, but I am not on the Excess Mortality graphic either.
Very good source of quercetin and luteolin too. Those help offset a histamine flair up. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17995862/#:~:text=Among%20the%204%20different%20colored,(11.0%20microg%2Fg).
The cucumbers and mushrooms are low in carotenoids but carrots are a very rich source.
