Prayer and Reiki weather manipulation - earlier, yesterday and throughout today, some people have been praying and focusing on the storm dissipating.
Storms and flooding are happening, wind and small debris flying around in videos and some building damage, collapsing or siding flying off. Power lines are down and crackling - glowing red in one video. Loud groaning noises can be heard which might be metal straining as wind tries to bend it or pull fastenings away.

Other speculation is this is to flood child trafficking tunnels in the area, a White Hat operation.
Other speculation is that too many people are talking about DEW and NEXRAD so they cooled it down.

The winds should be across Florida by early morning 🌄 and hopefully have lost their power even more, while crossing over land.

Or it could just simply be the US military stopped, manipulating the storm because a lot of people caught onto it. When it was a category five informing in the Gulf, there was a person by the name of Dutchsinse who did a live analysis of that storm, and it was very clear that it was being manipulated. Who was able to point out the lasers, the anomalies in the storm, the absolute, unnatural evenly, spaced, micro bands… So more than likely the US government just realized OK everyone’s catching onto our bullshit. We better stop. I mean, they were people commenting that it was mathematically impossible for that hurricane to do what it did when it was a category five
