Assassination attempt on Donald Trump’s life was a close call because he moved probably, rather than being poor aim. A life was lost and one or two serious injuries occurred in people sitting in the bleachers behind him. It may have been a staged assassination/allowed to happen, but real bullets were used. It wasn’t just a publicity stunt with an air rifle for sound effects.
Coverage by media was calling it “a fall” or interruption to the event rather than a gunman having been killed on scene.
The Breaking the News is that the real shooter seems to have been Maxwell Yearick and that is being not-reported, and suppressed even. The name being circulated is Thomas Mathew Crooks - a video statement alleged to be him, is a person saying that they have the wrong guy. Since the guy on the roof was shot dead, we can’t ask the dead guy about it.
The person who made the video has since been suggested to be an unemployed internet “troll” whose X.com account has now been locked. Speculation is that he got scared after first finding it funny to have his picture circulated as being the shooter. The suspiciousness of the Secret Service non-response to multiple warnings of a ‘guy on the roof with a gun’ suggests that this shooting was allowed.

An alleged whistle-blower (Secret Service person on a different roof) says he was told not to take the shot, which cost the life of a civilian in the bleachers.

Whatever is going on, is deadly. A person in the bleachers was killed, a family member has posted about that. One or two others in the bleachers behind Trump were reported to be seriously wounded.

Many Leftist accounts are posting things about “Bad aim” or “Aim better”. It seems that aim had been good, the microphone got hit, but Trump is said to have moved his head a moment prior to the bullet reaching the microphone. A ricochet of plastic or glass from the microphone is what is being reported by official sources. Trump on Truth social said he was shot by a bullet. Getting hit by a flying plastic or glass fragment versus being grazed by a bullet likely wouldn’t be distinguishable in pain or surprise.

The ear jewelry hole seems to have been surgically closed.
Thomas Mathew Crooks does not have the same looking ear as the dead shooter - his seem narrower, not just different at the earlobe.
The alleged shooter - before being shot, seems to have a wider ear than that of Thomas M. Crooks in the above image, otherwise the profiles are similar but the facial hair and waviness of Crooks’ hair is not the same as in the image below.
Addition: Crooks photos are younger, from a highschool yearbook and a highschool graduation. Maxwell Yearick was at least ~ 35 or 36, not a 20-year-old, and he had been arrested or held a couple times for violence at protests.
Whatever is going on does not seem to be the truth. And how did the Secret Service miss seeing a ladder propped up to a roof top during a political speech by a former President of the United States?
There is a lot of chatter about, How could the security be so bad for a Presidential candidate… better to ask HOW CAN THE SECURITY BE SO BAD FOR A FORMER PRESIDENT?

Just the first part of that video is disturbing. I think I need to follow-up with a transcript or partial transcript. He says the quiet part out loud - humans are harder to kill en masse than realized, and then quickly covers his @ss with a “This is all speculation”.
We need to keep it chill, because violence leads to more police control and would be used to support banning guns, but we need to be realistic - people in power seem pretty nuts, dangerously so.
