Ideally, stop endothelial dysfunction before the mystery bruise stage.
Hypertension is the earliest indicator for magnesium deficiency and endothelial dysfunction.
A reply I wrote: The first symptom of endothelial dysfunction is hypertension. It is also an early symptom of magnesium deficiency. Spike disrupts TRP channels at the ankyrin repeat domain, GI absorption of magnesium would be disrupted. Topical sources or chelated supplements are needed for the jabbed or passively exposed or anyone with modern life inflammation for other reasons.
How much clearer do I need to be?
Do not pass Go, do not collect $200, go straight to the Epsom salt soaks once or twice a week and stay there for 20-40 minutes. Too much soaking, or too often, can lead to excess magnesium and loose watery stools for a day.
The more often you pass Go without collecting adequate magnesium, then the worse the hypertension and cardiovascular damage will become. Facts matter whether they are lied about for decades or not.
My reply was to a post about a study finding elevated blood pressure and also low blood pressure in patients after they had CoV injections. The difference was more likely to be seen after a second or third injection.
“Simonini et al.: "COVID-19 vaccines effect on blood pressure"; a very interesting report & this must be studied, self reported readings raises accuracy issues but we take this seriously & investigate
153 subjects (8%) reported an increase in BP values after vaccination and 70 subjects (4%) observed a decrease in blood pressure. BP alterations presented with greater frequency at the 2nd or booster” - via Dr. Paul Alexander
Why would some have low blood pressure though? The hypotension could be related to the person developing POTS, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, which has been seen after CoV among LongCovid survivors. Postprandial hypotension can be a temporary drop in blood pressure for someone after they had eaten a large meal in a person who more typically has high blood pressure.
Low blood pressure (hypotension) - Symptoms and causes - Mayo Clinic
Low methyl folate, B12, and iron may affect blood pressure. Dehydration may also be a dietary factor leading to a low blood pressure level. Blood loss can lead to low blood pressure. If the problem is internal bleeding or GI bleeding, then it may not be recognized as a causal factor but would also lead to low iron, low Red Blood Cell count anemia.

Health is complex.
Opposite symptoms can have the same cause - like magnesium deficiency causing hypertension, then after a large meal, hypotension might occur temporarily.
And opposite causes can have the same symptoms - like lack of vitamin A or excess Retinoic Acid both causing schizophrenia like symptoms.
The medical model focuses too much on finding “a cure” for “a diagnosis” - that is not the way a complex system works. And nutrients are somewhat to blame for the myth and/or antibiotics. Early successes with nutrient deficiency diseases supported the idea that just one thing can fix a big problem! True, if the problem was lack of one nutrient due to a community wide change in food preparation methods, or long trips in ocean going vessels (vitamin C deficiency and scurvy).
If the problem is hyperinflammation,
then many nutrients will be needed in more quantity: magnesium, methyl B complex, vitamin A, C, D, other trace minerals and antioxidants or immunomodulatory herbals;
and a few might need to be limited: iron, calcium, possibly vitamin A and D in some conditions.
Extremely high body temperatures were observed in four patients during the end stages of cytokine storm after mRNA CoV injections. (Murata, et al, 2022) Hyperinflammation is hot - autoimmune night sweats can be a warning symptom that a flair-up has started or is progressing further. Overactive genes were linked to the elevated body temperature and inflammation. Retinoid toxicity or lack of vitamin A could impact many genes as the presence or lack of Retinoids is involved in gene transcription. Retinoids, presence or lack, can also affect transcription of vitamin D receptor and thyroid receptor gene transcription.
We need to work towards restoring balance before the patient has fallen off the cliff (of pre-death decomposition). It was very eye-opening for me to learn that early stages of decomposition start prior to death - endocannabinoid membrane breakdown during inflammation is early-stage decomposition that will worsen up to and after death. We don’t want that happening prematurely.
5G and EMF are also causal factors for inflammation.
More EMF with the rollout of 5G cell towers is likely increasing inflammation for many people.
The future is so bright that we all have to wear shades, and not sunscreen (cancer promoting turns out) - light blocking fabric and a wide brim hat is better protection if staying out of midday sun is not a possibility. (Musical interlude: The Future’s So Bright - Got to wear shades - Timbuk 3 - Youtube).
The rollout of 5G cell towers is likely adding to inflammatory symptoms in areas where it is occurring. “Covid19” symptoms can be caused by chronic fear, excess radiation exposure, or spike related effects, or for many other reasons that add to inflammation.
Setting up a room in your living space as a Faraday cage for sleeping in at night would be a healthy option in our bright future. Turning off WiFi at night or using a Faraday cage around your Router can help. Turn off cellphones at night or keep it in an EMF proof case if you want it nearby.
Sticks and stones may break your bones, but words can never harm you - not really true. If you allow the words to cause a negative emotional reaction in yourself, then that emotional reaction can be causing inflammation. The “TV bugs” that my parents warned me about as a child and the houserule was no sitting closer to the TV then ~ our modern day 6 foot social distancing circle. That probably wasn’t far enough away based on a measuring device I checked with once. Being in the next room was far enough away from a modern large TV. Then you might need some specialized X-Ray vision glasses to see the TV through the wall - joke.

Rouleaux formation of red blood cells interferes with oxygen transport and increases clotting risk. Roll - rouleaux is descriptive of the coinlike stacking of red blood cells being seen after CoV injections. It is more likely with strong EMF present, with low trace minerals, or increased particulate matter, maybe like spike floating around, or exosomes of it. Or high blood sugar. https://transcendingsquare.com/2021/09/06/rbcs-rouleaux-formation-mineral-deficiency/
Endothelial dysfunction can be caused by inflammation from radiation, spike protein, or other causes, even emotional over reactions to life, whether anxious, angry, sad, or lonely, all increase inflammatory signaling. Deep breathing and thinking about cute things may seem flakey, but maybe flakey is better than premature decomposition. Exercise is healthy, unless it is not - taken to extremes it is a huge stressor for the body and marathon runners can die at early ages. Polyphenols from colorful fruits and vegetables help the body to not over-react and to modulate downward the inflammatory response from exercise or emotion, or ongoing toxic effects of CoV injections.
The more inflammation there is, then the more, to an extent, more often, the person would need polyphenols and replacement nutrients for mitochondrial support. Taking good care of diet and supplements as needed is not a “cure” it is a stock room clerk who is doing a good job at maintaining production needs for a busy factory complex. Are you a good stock room clerk? Or last-minute shopper at the corner gas station?
My Home Page on Transcendingsquare.com excerpt, couple minor edits and additions:
Magnesium is essential for 80% of our body's function (post) & need is increased by inflammation or infection. Topical source may be critical for spike protein symptoms.
Chimeric spike protein may be disrupting TRP ion channel function which would negatively affect hearing, taste, and odor perception, and increase pain. Magnesium is a protector for TRP channels, it helps keep the 'doorway' closed from the inside. *Vitamin A deficiency also may be a factor in the loss of taste or odor perception - info somewhere among the retinoid references.
Disruption of TRP channel function by spike protein would also prevent normal absorption of magnesium in the digestive tract. If TRPM 6 and 7 channels in the digestive track are dysfunctional due to spike, then magnesium isn't being absorbed well at all. The topical Epsom salt magnesium would be absorbed through larger hair follicle pores. (post) Topical Epsom salt soaks is a well absorbed form of magnesium and the sulfate is beneficial also.
1-2 cups Epsom salt to a half bath, soak for 20-40 minutes; or in a big bucket, 1 cup salt, soak lower legs for 40 minutes - that can help whole body symptoms too, but the full body effect of a bath is nicer, especially if there are scalp or ear issues - gets the magnesium and sulfate right to the area. (Epsom salt footsoaks)
Tinnitus is a risk from damaged hair cells in the inner ear and magnesium and sulfate, and hydration, are all protective of the fragile hair cells. Once damaged they do not really grow back. Protection from loud sounds is also helpful. TRP channels also have a spring like device that can sense pressure changes - which are made from the ankyrin repeat domain which the chimeric spike protein can disrupt.
Ferroptosis - anemia of chronic infection/inflammation - severe fatigue.
The body will shift iron out of hemoglobin to protect it from suspected pathogens. In severe CoV, the normal response is overactive and can continue in LongCovid. Too little hemoglobin means too little oxygen, and extreme fatigue. Too much iron elsewhere can lead to cell damage from oxidative stress - 'rust' caused by electrically active iron. Thread about ferroptosis, with ref and ref and images.
Eating too much, carbohydrates and glutamate seasonings, can greatly increase the risk of ferroptosis - excess free iron and oxidative stress, and lead to increased blood sugar and insulin resistance.
"It is now accepted that nutrient abundance in the blood, especially glucose, leads to the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS), ultimately leading to increased oxidative stress in a variety of tissues. In the absence of an appropriate compensatory response from antioxidant mechanisms, the cell, or indeed the tissue, becomes overwhelmed by oxidative stress, leading to the activation of intracellular stress-associated pathways. Activation of the same or similar pathways also appears to play a role in mediating insulin resistance, impaired insulin secretion, and late diabetic complications. The ability of antioxidants to protect against the oxidative stress induced by hyperglycemia and elevated free fatty acid (FFA) levels in vitro suggests a causative role of oxidative stress in mediating the latter clinical conditions. " (Newsholme, et al, 2019) (ref)
The graphic from that link shows the Krebs cycle, also called the Citric Acid Cycle, in the top left. The Islets of Langerhans are cell clusters in the pancreas (left side of image) involved with producing insulin as needed, (on the right side of image). More and more sugar, glucose or carbohydrates including fruit (fruit has fructose and glucose), leads to more and more insulin production. Not shown in this image is the effect on fat cells - once overloaded they can become insulin resistant and no longer respond to insulin by taking up the excess glucose in the blood stream - the glucose and the insulin become elevated, excessive. The point in sharing the image is not to suggest you need to understand it all - but to see the complexity - and the basic point - more glucose/sugar leads to more insulin. If that continues over many years the pancreas cells can become damaged from too much "ROS" = Reactive Oxidative Stress (circle in the very center of the image.
An iNOS inhibitor would be helpful (lower left corner showing Pro-inflammatory cytokines: TNF-alpha, IL-6, IL-1beta, Adipokines, IFN-gamma; leading to increased activity of the NADPH oxidase system (NOX) which promotes iNOS, which makes Nitric oxide (NO), which helps increase the ROS - reactive oxidative stress.
Chalcones are the basic unit of flavonoids that provide a yellow pigment in many flowers. Types of chalcones are found in many plant foods and they have anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory effects. (Muraleedharan KM, et al., 2007) (ref) Chalcone flavonoids may help by inhibiting iNOS, (Young Hoon Kim, et al, 2007) (ref), so less Nitric oxide (NO) is made.
Nitric oxide is protective in lower amounts but in very severe oxidative stress excess nitric oxide may crystallize into a solid mass, disrupting function of cell function.
Chalcones: "Indeed, chalcones constitute an important group of natural compounds that are especially abundant in fruits (e.g., citruses, apples), vegetables (e.g., tomatoes, shallots, bean sprouts, potatoes) and various plants and spices (e.g., licorice),—many of which have been used for centuries in traditional herbal medicine [29]. " (Orlikova, 2011) (ref) Real licorice root, not the deglycyrrhised form, is a traditional medicinal herb used in Chinese medicine and has been used elsewhere as a herbal remedy. Citrus peel is a very good source of the chalcone naringenin. Pomegranate peel is also a very good source, (ref), and cinnamon. (ref) *This continues with more about Chronic anemia of infection and a need for iron chelators - which pomegranate and citrus peel, olive leaf extract, quercetin, and many other herbals are mineral chelators.
On the Home Page (transcendingsquare.com), there are two lists of posts that I considered useful at the time I wrote that lengthy page. One list is about general health support and one is about Covid posts. I imported my archives here, but finding the posts here on Substack very easily is something I haven’t figured out yet. My Home Page lists quite a few.
Pomegranate peel can also promote nitric oxide via eNOS I think - the benefit of immunomodulators is autonomy - let the phytonutrient figure out whether up or down regulation is needed based on what is happening in the cellular environment. Pharmaceutical medications tend to do one thing and a lot of it - very up regulated or very down regulated, but not either depending on need.
Pomegranate juice was 100-1000s times more potent as an antioxidant protector for nitric oxide compared to blueberry or Concord grape juice. (Ignarro et al 2006)
Nitric oxide is so important there is a medical journal called “Nitric Oxide”. (Ignarro et al 2006)
Addition - the tough talk was for me. I needed an Epsom salt bath and I did get one today, yeah!
