Dopamine and mAChRs; nAChRs and T cells.
Nicotine, caffeine, and choline (egg yolk), are all likely protective during CoV era, although we aren't supposed to talk about this.
Note for my free and paid Subscribers, thanks for your support and I am sorry for not posting much in a while.
Pomegranate peel extract as a mouthwash (post) is extremely effective and protective against mouth microbiome dysbiosis and dental wellness info suggests that would protect against neuroinflammation and breast cancer as lymphatic drainage from an unhealthy mouth may add to illness in nearby tissues.
Nicotine is a ‘drug’, so bad, so addictive, such a health negative…. smoking is, that is true and an excess of nicotine has negative effects on circulation and the brain, but in the era of chimeric spike, nicotine lozenges or gum in moderation may be more protective than a health negative. More is included a little later in the post on nAChRs, mAChRs and immune system function…. and pomegranate or other polyphenol or Nrf2 promoting phytonutrients or foods can help by reducing inflammatory signaling cytokines or TNFa and NfKb.
The pomegranate peel extract as mouthwash is very effective …. but you have to make it for yourselves and use it regularly or it won’t be very effective.
Use at your own risk.
I can’t make the mouthwash for you or use it for you. Mainstream does not want you to use this information. I encourage you to use your common sense as mainstream is culling citizens for a profit, in my opinion.
CoV era has made me a lot sicker though as my family genetics seem in the higher risk group - three dead in my family since CoV era, related issues seemingly, and me with alopecia universalis now. My various health strategies do help but self-care daily is a lot of work and even more work when many strategies are being used. Consistent good self-care is work and keeping a ‘patient log’ for yourself can help keep track of symptom changes and strategies.
Nicotine, acetylcholine, egg yolk as a choline rich food…
Brave AI summary
The muscarinic acetylcholine receptor (mAChR) plays a crucial role in modulating dopamine (DA) release and function in various brain regions, including the striatum and nucleus accumbens. Here are key findings:
1. mAChR subtypes and dopamine release: Studies have shown that different mAChR subtypes (M1-M5) have distinct effects on dopamine release. For example:

NAChRs and T cells
The neuronal nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) is not exclusively expressed in neurons; it is also found on immune cells, including T cells. Research has demonstrated that nAChRs on T cells play a crucial role in regulating their function and differentiation.

Pomegranate polyphenols are helpful against LPS-induced TNF-a and the IL-1b cytokine.
Cautions with nicotine:
I have stopped use of nicotine lozenges a few times since CoV era, 2021, when I started use, but have started again. They seem to help more than harm as long as I don’t overuse. The dopamine can help concentration for someone with ADHD but an excess of dopamine can lead to compulsive behavior and late night snacking, especially in combination with too much blue light and online stimulation which can also increase dopamine levels and promote over-eating. About 10 milligrams of nicotine, about a half-pack worth of cigarettes, seems to be mentioned by the few CoV era voices talking about it.
