Mind-blowing news to me - DO NOT BRUSH YOUR TEETH RIGHT AFTER EATING! The mouth is still too acidic and brushing when the saliva is overly acidic increases demineralization of the teeth. Wait 15 minutes and or swish with a sea salt/water mix first which increases the alkalinity - according to Dr. Michelle Jorgensen.

Disturbing BIG news - while root canals have a huge failure rate and filling cavities in standard ways also tends to lead to worse and bigger fillings, then a crown, and then a root canal - the dental industry is likely to NEVER, EVER admit that as that admission would lead to a huge Class Action lawsuit against every dentist who has ever performed one of the procedures. Some safer techniques have been developed but you need to ask/interview a dental office to find out if they are aware and using newer, safer procedures, or if they are still using older, more dangerous methods. That litigiousness is holding back progress in safety and efficacy is really sad and probably also why we are unlikely to ever hear that psychiatric drugs are linked to suicide and homicide or that the CoV jabs have hurt and killed massive numbers of people.
Mercury poisoning of dentists and patients is also an ongoing dental nightmare.
Other types of fillings exist now, but mercury fillings are not officially banned at the industry level in the US. They are banned in some European nations.

Dr. Michelle was a dentist in cosmetic dentistry and she developed severe mercury poisoning as a result of removing mercury fillings from patient’s old cavities. Another dentist suggested it might be mercury and a lab test showed very high levels.

Any seed has growth inhibitors coating the seed which prevents the seed from sprouting until it is in a moist/soaked dirt type environment - which signals it to grow by breaking down the inhibiting chemical (phytic acid).

However, according to a recent update by the WAPF “sprouting is a pre-fermentation step, not a complete process for neutralizing phytic acid. Soaking — Soaking grains/flour in an acid medium at a warm temperature – also activates phytase thereby helping to release important vitamins, as well as making grains, seeds and beans more digestible. In addition, soaking helps to reduce, or even eliminate phytic acid.

I have had to switch to boiling almonds, cashews, and pistachios for better digestibility but I wasn’t presoaking them first. Dietitian training really missed a lot about food and health too - it is a Western problem apparently to dismiss traditional methods.
Dr. Michelle mentioned the historical fact that during the Civil War soldiers from the North were being fed hardtack that was presoaked wheat before baking while soldiers in the Southern army were being fed cornpone that was no longer being presoaked with ash, which is a Native American preparation method which increases bioavailability of the niacin content in corn. Lack of niacin can cause diarrhea, leg swelling, and if more severe, delusion occurs and can lead to death if the deficiency continues. Did phytic acid play a role in who won the US Civil War? Hard to know, but an interesting bit of nutrition trivia. Note that there is no niacin in corn syrup or corn starch. Eat whole grains but we need to relearn how to presoak them.
Dr. Michelle does not get into glyphosate at all, but Round-Up ready crops are another reason people eating modern foods have a lack of minerals.
The dairy issue is that heating for pasteurization breaks down an enzyme that is needed for the calcium in the milk to be bioavailable. Raw milk that is from healthy cows so it is an infection risk is the solution. Any dairy products made from pasteurized milk will have the same problem of unavailable calcium. This is a Weston price Foundation research and activism topic. The need for grass fed milk so that it contains vitamin K2 is also discussed by Dr. Michelle. We can not use calcium for mineralization of teeth or bone if we are deficient in vitamin K2. She recommends paying more for raw milk products or learning to appreciate goat or sheep milk products and probably using a lot less due to expense and availability. Dairy products like cheese, are treat foods for her family.

She keeps the videos very short and simple and it is interesting as an educator to see how others handle complex topics.
The bundle, I just checked, is no longer available for sale. Bundle products tend to be limited time offers - businesses wouldn’t want to give away their courses all year long. I’m glad I got it though, some really nice courses and ebooks are included in case you see the offer made again. The average offers are mini-courses or short pdf style ‘ebooks’ but a few are full length ebooks or longer courses like this dental health course.

Acidification of the mouth wouldn't be from saliva, it being routinely only slightly so.
