My own feeble and incomplete effort to this end:

Why are so many National Governments signing into the World Health Organization āPandemic Treatyā?
Humanity has survived, and even prospered through periodic āPandemicsā throughout the 5,000 years of civilized history, without having a global authority to manage responses to these maladies.
In fact human population has continued to increase through out this period. The same groups which are now promoting the WHO program, are also those who have screamed for population control and Eugenics for the past 300 years? Did the Globalists suddenly have a change of heart, or is the WHO just a new tool to achieve their original agenda?
Nothing else makes sense. The name, āWorld Health Organizationā is such a warm and fuzzy connotation, it is like motherhood and equality combined in one. Is anyone naive enough to believe that totalitarian governments and rapacious corporations have joined to fund and promote such a Utopian concept?
Humanity has recently had very disappointing results from the efforts of āunelected and unaccountableā entities being placed in positions of authority over citizens.
-Canada is a perfect example; where under-qualified persons were appointed as āChief Medical Officersā for the provinces and the country as a whole. The loyalties and motivations of these āOfficersā were obscure. But, the powers they were granted were monumental; over-ridding other laws and even the Constitution! In my opinion, the main purpose for the āAppointmentā of Chief Medical Officers, was to provide legal cover for the governments and any other interests which were determining policies.
-The European Parliament is another unaccountable body which displays power greater than any of the elected governments which make up the European Union. And is making laws which are often detrimental to many European citizens, without any recourse to National Governments.
Powers are being concentrated in ever fewer hands with ever less accountability. The result being levels of authority which historical āDictatorshipsā could only dream of.
Ask the question
The most important question for anyone is:
Was there a āCovidā Pandemic? If the response is āYesā, then the respondent is dangerous! Either the respondent is complicit in disinformation or is in deep Authoritarian denial.
Many people maintain the belief that a novel virus exists, I doubt this, but donāt have the expertise to refute the belief. However, there is no medical or mathematical evidence which still supports the existence of a āPandemicā.
Even given data from the WHO about Ten percent of the Worldās population contracted āCovid 19ā and of those 772 million less than One percent or 7 Million are diagnosed as having died from the disease. Not only is there much evidence that these statistics are grossly exaggerated, but they do not achieve any credible threshold to qualify as a āPandemicā. Even the chairman of the WHO vigorously resisted declaring āA Pandemicā until he was pressured by subordinates and External foundations.
Therefore, as others have stated previously; There never was a Pandemic! The ongoing debate is being fostered solely in the interest of creating artificial divisions.
As a believer in Free Speech and freedom of Opinion, I will not condemn anyone for differing on this or any issue, so long as they afford the same freedom to others, and so long as they do not do intentional harm to those of opposing beliefs.
