Question/comment in my Telegram chat - the answer i that both galectin-3 and LPS sequences are represented in the chimera - Rabies, HIV, and Dengue fever not being adequate apparently. Antibodies against dengue virus also react against the chimeric spike protein. (Lechuga, et al., 2023)
with Human GAL-3 in the S1-NTD portion of SARS CoV2 gene sequence.
