She makes it clear that this connectivity, ‘internet of humans,’ is ongoing and has been for a long time “It is a process not an event.” Whatever sort of Emergency Broadcast test is planned for Wednesday the 4th or 11th, may be a trigger for something that has been in place or may have been added to with the CoV jabs.
