Asthma med, worked but banned for 'CoV' patients
""I was just following rules" is the most German of all German statements."
If budesonide (steroid anti-asthmatic medication) is being withheld - eat some citrus peel, more of the inner pith or a little bit of the zest layer is enough to open airways, thin mucus, and activate cilia to move the less congested mucus up and out of the more opened airways. It seems like magic when you can’t breath and then within 20 minutes you can breathe and blow your nose clear. (Last post)

The thing to keep in mind, is that the US lost WWII by infiltration. Key positions were filled in advance and later Project Paperclip brought in a lot more high level Nazi scientists and others often with a new name and faked history. These people were given high level jobs - US policy and research has been in the hands of Nazi’s since the end of WWII or prior to WWII.
*I had bought some modified citrus pectins in capsules as a weight loss type of aid so I had already been familiar with how little a tiny expensive capsule can help health. It seemed worthless.
During "CoV" I was eating all of the inner pith from a whole orange every day, then eased down to a half an orange worth as my respiratory symptoms improved.
Why pay ~ $1 a pill for something too tiny to help much instead of buying oranges or other fresh citrus fruit?
The inner pith of any citrus fruit would work similarly, except some types of citrus fruit are mostly zest layer. One to two teaspoons of zest seems medicinally equivalent to me as the inner pith of 1/2 to one Navel orange that had the zest trimmed off to use separately, (or I would discard it if using not organically grown citrus). I honestly love the taste of orange peel. It enhances the taste of the orange in my opinion. Often when I eat an orange, I eat all the peel along with it. Call me weird. Thank you for sharing this information, I will pass it on! My husband has breathing problems and he also needs to eat some orange peel or the pith.
