And puffy, pale, pain pics (not me)
*or dehydrated - lymphatic flow imbalance. Choose your health counselors carefully meme.
The not me pics to my clinically trained eye appear vitamin D, magnesium and iodine deficient and with poor hydration or lymphatic flow.
Low magnesium is associated with chronic pain, high blood pressure, insul is n resistance and poor hydration. Magnesium helps stabilize water molecules within its electrical field. Magnesium may be the sparkle in our eyes and the glowing radiance of healthy skin.
Aloe vera gel helps restore that for those of us over a certain age or over exposed to solar radiation (sunburn).
Pick your health leader . . . I did feel bad about being an overweight nutrition counselor and I tried hard at times to lose weight. I followed the high fiber low fat standard diets and tried a ketosis plan with some odd tips that were not good for my needs. None of worked, or not well.
When I started high dose iodine suddenly I had energy to do things and was not snacking on different things all evening. When our body needs something we may overeat trying to seek it out. Cravings can mean something if you can figure out what the body need is rather than focusing on favorite thing from a special store.
Is it a salty craving on a hot sweaty day? Add salt to cantaloupe for potassium and sodium replacement or salty corn or potato chips for salt and magnesium replacement. Or salsa and corn chips for potassium, sodium and magnesium replacement which is what we really need on the hot sweaty day.
Metabolic Syndrome really needs more zinc and bitter tasting phytonutrients (citrus peel, herbs, spices, stronger flavored veggies), and a moderate to low carbohydrate diet with monounsaturated fats as additional calories. We need to eat. The question is what? What's for dinner?
Leave out the glyphosate too to help Metabolic Syndrome issues. It is likely interfering with vitamin D metabolism and possibly Vitamin A metabolism too by affecting function of CYP enzymes. I did gradually eliminate commercial food sources of glyphosate and supplements with commercial gelatin alongy route to health. It has taken years of recognizing what seemed to be causing problems as an ingredient or food and stopping use of obvious and hidden sources.
Migraines for years already had me reading labels closely.
I like feeling better than I used to, but not getting as sick in the first place would have been better. Before I learned of the Retinoid Toxicity issue, I did start getting bone spurs which can be a symptom. They do make walking more difficult or are just little lumps in odd places. Kidney or liver damage or Alzheimer's would be worse though.

9/12/22 - Additional health appointees are listed in a longer post by COVIDsteria:
Warning - the pics and stories are not very appealing and include the new US monkey pox appointee who does look physically healthy but otherwise does not seem like a role model for safe sex or good health care.
Normalizing abnormal, leaves it abnormal, it just becomes more commonly seen.
Why is this being normalized?
